  1. Uhm.. im not too sure. I bought the car a short time ago and it's got 60,000k's on the clock. So I guess they are between 5 and 55k's old Can shocks be screwed in that period of time? I guess they could!
  2. Hmm ok weird... I had a glance at the front of your car, and it looked like your front bar was badly scratched/dented... It must have been the heat making me see things
  3. Ah ok good thinking.. How many bushes are there that make up the rear suspension? Is it just the two or are the arm bushes as well do you know?
  4. Hi guys, I've got a very noticable rattling in my rear suspension when going over bumps etc. I've got Apexi N1 Coilovers in there if that makes a difference. Does anyone know where I should start looking to diagnose/fix the problem?
  5. You're sure it's not the rear suspension? have you got aftermarkets in there? I have Apexi N1's and mine rattle all the time... Im not sure what it is causing it, but its quite noticable, and sounds like the seat rattling...
  6. Spotted jef-33r about an hour ago on Silverwater Rd... Bit of frontal damage - ouch!
  7. Hey guys, I am looking at putting a set of 19x8.5" on the front, and 19x9.5" rears on a GTS-T R33... Is this possible with maybe only lippping, or would some more extensive mods need to be made? Is this all the info you would need to answer that question too, or does the offset play a major difference? If anyone knows I would appreciate the info. Cheers.
  8. Spotted Danny at Baulkham Hills on Old Northern Rd this afternoon. Was that you?? Wave, and wave in return, so im guessing it was you...
  9. Try TT International dude. I use them at work and they are great! I got a quote from TNT for a server shipping from Syd to Melb... It was $948 including $14000 insurance. The same quote from TT International: $470 including $14000 insurance - AND a TNT courier actually delivered it!!! Definitely TT International are the way to go... although some companies cost more for volumetric weight, which costs more because of the sheer size of a box. Others are weight only. Hope this helps. Let me know if it's cheaper for you.
  10. haw haw.. yeah i remember seeing a review of the V8 Holden Adventra on sand - absolutely useless! Sorry for comparing the mighty Stagea to a Holden, but I think it would probably be similar in behaviour.

  12. Yer.. I tried at BP Pennant Hills Rd at North Rocks... None there either
  13. Ahhh gotcha.. yeah that makes sense. Ignore question 1 up there^^.. I was getting it mixed up with the monitor selection screen where you move the numbers according to what sensors you want to watch. I'm still wondering about the duty cycle values though... Interestingly if I have mine set on 1.00 and 46 duty, the peak boost i get is 0.86bar. Is this inaccuracy of the sensor maybe? Or is it just to do with this duty cycle? Hmm...
  14. Cheers for the explanation Robo. A couple of questions: 1. You can shift the #1 and #2 up and down to choose the boost value you want, but which of these does it actually use?? 2. Wouldn't you want to be increasing the duty number to the highest value so as to bring boost on sooner? Obviously there is a reason why you wouldn't, what are the implications of putting this value too high??
  15. Hey, I've had a look at the faq on the Apexi Power FC, but I haven't been able to figure out how to change the boost on it? Looking at the screen under SETTING - BOOST, I dont understand what the layout means. For example: 1. .6 Bar 53 2. .8 Bar 54 3. .9 Bar 52 4. 1.1 Bar 55 Why is there four different settings for the boost? Which one actually controls the boost level? And what relation does the Duty Cycle(?) value have? I hear about a lot of other guys simply selecting the high or low boost settings with other boost controllers. Is it as simple as this with the PFC? Excuse my ignorance, but I'm a bit of a n00b with the PFC. I didn't want to go playing around with stuff and destroy anything, so I thought I would see if anyone on here can help me out? Cheers
  16. LoL.. That would make sense then! Hehe.. oops!
  17. Ya I saw you there! Is your car running ok at the moment? There seemed to be an odd high pitched clicking sound coming out when you boosted it over the hill?? Either that or my ears hadn't woken up properly yet (which is probably the case! haha) i've said it before and Ill say it again - love the dish
  18. Cheers Stan - *Waiting eagerly!!*
  19. Hrmm.. looks to me like the 'line has hit the BMW and pushed it into the Mazda... The mazda would be waaaay more crunched if it reversed into the beamer, plus he woulda had to have been doing like 20-30/h in reverse to do it!
  20. Yep yep.. Im going. Cant wait!!! Hmmm in past years I havent noticed many arabs.. There is a few wherever you go, but next to none at Field Day B)
  21. Yeah that was probably me.. I drive through there a fair bit. What day was it?
  22. Spotted a white R33 GTS-T (S1?) on Aiken road yesterday. Seen it a few times. Nismo sticker on the rear quater window I think? Flashed and flash in return...
  23. Yer i spotted him at UAS a few weeks ago... Not a real fan of the spinners
  24. satanic - can I hit you up for one of the DVD's too? PM me with details for payment etc when you get a sec. Cheers!
  25. Yeah i can't seem to find them anywhere. And yeah sorry I did mean scuff plates! They go by a few different names - which doesn't help the cause of finding some! If I find some I will let you all know!
