yer this is most likely turning into another series bashing thread (old vs whale vs pricey) The inside of the car is where you spend 100% of your time whilst driving it! So, the newer the better I say!! Unless you are an 'U'ber track-master, where an extra 50kg's is actually going to make a difference, they shouldnt be much more to it than that. so therefore, the only real debate that remains.. is the 'looks'. but this is like debating people's favourite colour!!! Everyone is going to have a different opinion on this, but I think that the GTS-T's/GT-T's are a particluarly boring car in stock form. all it takes is a bit of imagination and modification, to make people to stop and say "WOW!". you can do that with just about any car! personally, i think that the RZ supras are a MUCH better looking car then the 'lines in stock form.. they have that 'sports car' look! As for excitement, i think that the 'lines take it, just for the performace.. i used to have a supra, and they are predictably sloppy compared to the skyline. I have a lot more fun in the line than i did with the supra... anyway thats my 2c

i'm only relatively new to this forum (Sept '05), so notice the topic, as im sure GT4 has been thrashed to death... BUT.. I just sat down and had a couple of laps in a Mines N1 R34 GTR after many months of neglecting GT4 (Yes, i am an evil bastard. GT4 must be nurtured like your first born!), and I am still blown away by the realistic physics that this game has. The point of my post: Does it get any better than this? right now is there anything better than this when it comes to racing simulation? I have seen a company that has developed a hydraulic seat which moves with the game to simulate G forces by tilting the seat. But this wont be commercially available for a long time. Is there any better games out, or coming out soon?

Yeah I had the same prob with a set of Apexi N1's in my R33... I lowered the rear by about 10mm and it fixed the problem. Im not running the rear excessively low either, so maybe try adjusting your height up/down a bit (if they are heigh adjustable of course)...

Crusing past castle towers shopping centre a short time ago... Also a dark blue S1 R33 Waiting at the lights at Old Northern Rd/Castle Hill Rd a short time ago.. Cant remember the plates - XXX-55S or something. *Beep Beep*

I have tried to use that sticky backed velcro to stick the commander to the left side of the steering wheel, but that surface is sticky-resistant!!! I dont know why, but nothing sticky will actually stick to that surface. I wonder then how you are going to mount your flashy holder, maybe very light screws will be your only option. Leaving ugly holes in your dash is not good though

Office job with an investment company - IT All-Rounder Pay is OK, not nearly enough for the money being poured into the 'line tho. I recommend you get into the property market early. The earlier the better. You will have less cash on hand but in 10>20 years time you should have enough for a garage full of GTR's

Would there possibly be some aftermarket ones for sale on the Yahoo Japan auctions? I've tried going to this site, but its useless unless you know jap. I'm sure there would be something out there for ya. Oh btw - Altavista babelfish and google translate dont work that well with Yahoo Jap Auctions either

I have the same problem, although mine is on constantly. From starting the car, it stays on after the inital globe test, and my ABS doesnt work. I havent had a chance to take it to a specialist to check it out yet..

Some might want to be careful entering your cars into these types of events. A lot of car enthusiats do see your car - and a portion of those people would be the kind to steal cars etc. I imagine a few cars get stolen and stripped after shady types get to see exactly whats under the bonnet at these types of shows. Maybe removing your plates for the event would be a good idea? Just so people dont recognise it when it's parked at a local shopping centre or whatever. Some people may argue that this is one of the reasons that you mod your car (so others can admire it) - but you have to ask yourself if they are the kind of people you want admiration from! Call me paranoid, but I don't think it's worth the 'glory'.
