  1. Nice ride mate!! Is it 4WD, or was that a typo?? "according to the importer it makes about 220 at all 4, and it sure feels like it,"
  2. you are referring to a boss kit for an aftermarket steering wheel yeah? http://www.modyourcar.com.au/product_info....products_id=669 i wont vouch for this place though. i haven't heard many good stories about them <_<
  3. This may not help, but I have Apexi N1's in the rear and they knock going over certain types of bumps.. I dont think they are shot as they arent that old... But there is definitely a knocking sound from the shocks. I heard somewhere (most likely NOT a reputable source) that some aftermarket shocks are known for knocking sounds... Hmmm Anyway, get it checked out by a pro, thats the best diagnosis if you are worried about it...
  4. No!! I dont want to get into a fight!!! .... Wanna fight about it!? (*Family Guy*)
  5. Yer I think those 32's passed their use-by date a while ago! It's just like throwing out an old PC - It still works, but it's nice to have a new model
  6. Yeah last time i drove around and had a look, there was 4324... Not including ones which were on ships on their way over.
  7. I love these topics...
  8. Yer spot on... I preferred the look of the 32 and 34 over the 33. But I was happy to settle for a 33 which has more to offer in other areas. I think you have come one step closer to deciphering the ultimate question of some 32 drivers: "WHY would you buy one of those TAXIS!?"
  9. Oh - last one: Spotted SPOOLD in Chatswood carpark. Your girl looked confused at why some random dude was waving at you .. lol
  10. Are you in a White 33 GTR Prank?
  11. ** Edited for Privacy reasons

  13. Bwahaha
  14. I saw 2 x White R33 GTS-T S2's together belting down Jenkins Rd West Pennant Hills last week... Didnt catch the plates - GOING TOO FAST.. hehe Own up
  15. I tried disconnecting battery to reset ecu, but it didnt work unfortunately I'll have to get it checked out by a brake specialist i guess. I doubt anyone will know how to check the sensors etc. Unfortunately I dont know where the ABS module is either? Thanks for your help Viper - Ill post up some results once I get it checked out.
  16. Mounting a sub in the rear seat will never get you the same sort of sound as if you mount it in its own box. The reason for this is that you can tune a sub box to suit the characteristics of your sub. Most subs state an 'ideal' enclosure volume. They range from 0.5 cubic foot to 1.5 cubic foot. Your boot (probably about 3-4 cubic foot) is definitely not small enough to build decent reverberating pressure that would allow the subs to sound really great. If your boot space means that much to you though, go for the rear seat install. Just be prepared to be disappointed if it's not done properly though. You will easily get 4-5db more out of a well built sub box (this is a lot in sound terms).
  17. This is probably a silly question, but is there an english version of the Yahoo Auction site? It's a bit difficult for us non-Japanese guys to buy from these Jap auctions otherwise
  18. Hmmm.. I dont think it's a fantastic result. I got my RB25DET done when I bought my car (57,000km's) and I got 160 across five cylinders and 150 on the other. Yeah I heard that it's consistency that is a good thing, but the higher the better I think? The guy who tested it (Unique Auto Sport in Castle Hill) said that they have tested heaps of RB25's and mine was up there as one of the highest they'd seen. I have heard a lot of people testing down around 140, but never as low as 125. I'm not sure what the implications of this are though. Sorry I cant be of much help either...
  19. Hey, I locked up my brakes in the rain the other night, and ever since, my ABS light stays on constantly I checked the fuses under the bonnet but they are fine. Is there another fuse that might cause this? If not, does anyone know where I should look to diagnose the issue??
  20. Yah ditto... i live near Castle Hill and park my car there all the time... What time was it/period of time did you leave it for???
  21. Yeah i do realise that. The 'line that I bought had immaculate interior and was mechanically beautiful, so I am guessing that if it was wound back, it wasnt by much! But the N1's are pretty good from what I have heard. Everyone says they are rock hard, but are a really nice shock handling-wise. Personally I dont think that they are that bad! I had a Supra which comes with bilsteins standard, which I found to be harder than the Apexi's! I guess it comes down to the setting of the damper rates too. They might be set unusually soft on mine? .. They are adjustable probably farther than your front bar will allow - good for those car shows i guess?
