  1. 2mins work.... for everything else there's Birds. Thread link: http://ausbb.com/bulk-nutrients/23192-good-bad-ugly-must-read-if-you-buy-wpi-wpc.html Excerpt from thread: Ok, now you've got me worried, how can I make sure this isn't happening to me? This is much easier and cheaper than you think. The following is a list of Nata approved laboratories which can verify your protein products, there would be plenty more. You simply need to call the laboratory, have a chat about testing powdered whey protein samples, let them know its whey protein testing, fill out their form, send YOUR product in, pay approx. $50 and await the results. The tests they use will be utilising the Kjeldahl method, this measures total nitrogen content and multiplies it by 6.38 which is the factor used for whey. Note this is exactly the same method used by the manufacturers of raw whey to determine their protein percentage. This method by an approved lab is beyond question and they will all guarantee accuracy within a very small range. If the lab ask, you are wanting an “as is” tested protein, with the moisture present, as this is the same value that all labelling is based on. 2. No resistance band, a few small lengths of stretchy shit physios have given me, but nothing legit. I'm due for a session tonight so we'll see how it pulls up.
  3. Just finished giving it a go, dunno why I didn't think of it earlier...
  4. Birds that BB thread had a link for a place, if that's not the place you linked.
  5. I do mate, what are you suggesting? Foam roll hammy?
  6. By your standards...
  7. And probs stronger than all of us you old bastard
  8. With all these $10 it's starting to feel like a strip club in here.
  9. Thankfully I got the shoes and gloves right. Try putting them up on drift sales?
  10. I have the large on order. Will compare and sell the one off.
  11. So like I said then...
  12. Actual 16 yr olds you mean?
  13. "As one of my good mates once said - "anything you're not prepared to sacrifice to achieve your goal, is something you desire more than your goal". There's nothing wrong with this, as long as I realise this is the case..." " I say that to people complaining about not being able to lose weight. I usually add, so don't bitch about not losing weight if you want <insert thing they should be doing>. Honestly, I could care less what people do or how they go about achieving the results they want.
  14. The alternator is wired to the dead side of the switch. It cannot supply power to the engine when the switch is pulled. I had that issue in my car on my first wiring attempt lol, pulled the switch and car kept running. In that pic the alternator is down underneath the Throttle body so my wiring was short.
  15. Rev.... pfft, that guy doesn't age in human years. He's really only 25 I'd say.
  16. I'm guessing I'm probs one of the older people in here? Markos maybe older, dunno about TTT? Birds is about 16 I'd say judging by his online persona
  17. Thanks 31 today... ancient.
  18. 2 birthday wishes in 2 threads? Easily excited Leesh is easily excited. Good news for you Birds.
  19. Cheers. I'll be thinking about all the exercise I didn't do last night while stuffing my face...
  20. Mine's not a 32 and not likely considered a good install but I can tell you that in my S13 the isolater switch is in the engine bay where the old battery used to be (now in boot) and it has a steel cable that runs up the lip between quarter panel and engine bay and pops out under the corner of the bonnet near the windscreen on the driver side. EDIT: Here's a pic of before it was all done as I don't have a current on on hand. The red square is where the switch is, the cable runs under that lip up the guard. I think I have a heavy duty cable tie holding it in place in one spot. I've tested it numerous times and it works everytime. I'm sure there will be neater installs than mine but it took 15mins and was done with off the shelf parts.
  21. You remind me of a young me, not much younger mind you... perhaps a little older...
  22. Not my place to judge mate, I'd rather put that money to groceries and make food myself (and have money left over for Tim Tams) Just my 2 cents, like I said, you do what works for you. We've already established that I'm not as driven as most in here
  23. Man that's expensive dude 0_0 but whatever works for you...
