i think you mean a v8 and supercharged it . unless there are two guys one with a v6 and one with a v8

my advise mate stick to the guide lines of your licence or you will end up in a world of trouble. If you arnt licenced to drive a vehicle then you would most likely void your insurance and thats not worth the risk. Be on your best behaviour you admit what you did was stupid so dont make another silly decision potentially throwing you back in the same shitty situation.

my ARC sidemount maxed out at 210rwkw then i got detonation with anymore boost.. no way you could safely run that with a stock cooler.

ahwell ... all we can say is that it ran on the dyno for that long its impossible to know exactly what they were doing..

I doubt however that even if they are doing a simulated quater mile run that they have hit the brakes once they had gone the equivelent of a 400m distance.

Personally if i could afford it id deffinately get a new set of rods just for the self reasurance that the engine will be up to the task. Im not debating whether the standard rods would be good enough or not. Though myself i wouldnt want to push standard items that far after spending huge dollars on everything else in a setup that could achieve that sort of power. Id spend the extra cash sell the standard rods for a bit towards them and feel a little more confident when i put my foot down that all will be alrite. Just depends if you have the cash...

I use MR Crusts im very happy with it. I wasnt looking for performance gains with it but simply to make my pod filter legal with the boys in blue. And i think it looks pretty good in the engine bay to

I agree even stroked these engines arnt anything massive, but with the extra capacity would come alot more torque and potential to make huge power. But whether it would be worth the cost of the conversion and the messing around would be another thing.

You can get a tidy standard gts-t for 10grand now running and regestered. Youd need another 5k to get this running and it can never be regestered. Would be great for a project car but How negotiable are you?
