  1. wipers usually need a continuous power supply to let motor continue when switch is turned off and get it back to rest. if wipers stop soon as you turn off the switch then this is likely at fault
  2. got mine on ebay. $20-30 from memory
  3. i left my r33gtst for 8 months while overseas and parets only started it once for me...apart from having to get rid of a mouse smell and replacing battery never had a problem
  4. does your cig lighter have a white ring around it that illuminates when lights turned on?? that wire might have come off. otherwise if it only worked when lights turned on, prob wired up wrong. prob still need to just pull that panel out and will be visually obvious.
  5. yeh had same with r33. got worse as week went on. misfire above 4k and from 3k if hard on throttle..remove fuel filter and shook then empty into clean container. yellow jelly like crap came out. pump fuel through line for a sec then new filter. back to normal in a sec. wish i knew where i got fuel from...
  6. how high is the boost set? electronic boost contollers are the way to go.
  7. hey guys, just joined up coz i need some opinions. moved to qld from south of perth 8 weeks ago. we de-tuned the engine so there isnt any detonation on regular unleaded because wasnt sure if premium was going to be available on the nullabor on the way here as i drove. currently making 285rwhp but we have taken a lot of timing out of it and boost needs to be turned up another 5 pound as well as taking off permanent closed loop etc etc. unsure who to take it to because have heard reports of qld tuners trying to blow up motors on dyno to get rebuild from owners. preferably need someone who is good with power fc. i want her back up into the 400's and not blow up in the tuning process. thanks for any help
