Spend the 4K on the motor: - Computer ($1500 - Injectors (work on $125 per injector/if you shop, about 800ISH) - pump ($400 cheapy) - Mild head work & cams (1K cams) (300ISH on head)

same clearance as RB25, RB30 Block bolts down to original RB25 engine mounts.

I guess at the end of the day surely you people would be looking at cost? i know that the sub zero ones are $1400 odd, how much are these trust/greddy plenums? do they come with throttles>?

Ok guys, I am after either a RB25DET COMPLETE HEAD (Cams, valves, etc) and intake manifold. (not plenum, the intake under the plenum) i will pay around the $500+ISH mark for the right stuff! OR RB26 complete head also including intake manifold (ex plenum) for around the $1000 ish mark. also after these bits and peices: - RB25DET Harmonic Balancer - Passanger side sun visor for a R33 1994 series 1 Note: i will pay more if the head has had work done to it etc. so dont be affraid to make a offer!

I agree with Zden, you guys have all bought hi-performance sports cars. If your gona drive like a grandma buy a sigma. This doesnt mean that you be a total ****head but, still enjoy driving a sports car. (hard, and somtimes sideways)

As i am trying to find a set of good cheap forgies, i think there called Aries? "rocket industries" make em. got a quote off a guy on here for $1100 with rings!!! So iam just buying all the little cheapy bolt ons that i will need for later, like this oil & water pump. But thanks for bringing this to my attn. Yeh tell me about it! I got quoeted $780 for a lower control arm (steering), ended up spending $80 for the same arm through a jap wrecker! =) Nissan like to make about %600-700% markup on everything! =)

Any block, however i believe you might have to tap the water & oil Galleries on the NA block for the turbo.. Unless you pullyour oil from the sump...

how much 25t??? and where did you get them from?

Yep 25t, i was looking into the oil pumps to see if there was some size diffrences between all the RB motors and there is. The difference is the gear width: RB30E - 10.8mm wide RB30ET - 13.4mm wide RB26DETT - haven't measured, but looks like about 15mm wide or so to the eye. Now, this wasnt measured by me. But from this we can accuratly say that running a RB26 Oil pump wouldnt hurt. Also i think the water pumps are diffrent also. (slightly) I will take a look tonight once i get the package.
