  1. krishy: after doing some searching around it does seem that the active LSD halfshafts are fractionally shorter then a normal set.. meaning they would have been pulling on the half shafts what a PITA.
  2. need an RB25 clutch fan (just the fan not the hub) asap pls. PLS PM ME IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING
  3. I've got a set of solid subframe risers which are offset to allow you to fit s14/r33 cradle to your s13/r32. They are solid to do away with the crap leaking rubber bushes and they are risers to allow you to raise subframe 15mm up to correct roll centre. Aust made and high quality. Selling as I no longer need them. Brand new never fitted $180 set. Free postage
  4. wheres this vlt stock manifold for 100? i need one asap
  5. bolt spacing and port spacing are different. highly doublt you'll get one and then modifed with new flange for under 450. whats wrong with the OEM rb25 manifold and external gate idea?
  6. not all stageas (if any) come with the factory oil cooler arrangement.. they have the RB20 style bolt on oil filter arrangement. so that rules that out. trust me was the first port of call for me
  7. is this true? if so then f**k yeah! no more driving to seaton LOL
  8. have serached and got no where. not in the stagea guide also. but whats the process for getting the codes out of the ecu? cheers
  9. i couldnt find any faults on the deck to cause a compression drop. nore was there any trace of tracking on the surface of the deck or the head. the headgasket looked fine also. no visable evidents or any teltale signs
  10. i did the work. the head was crack tested, straightness tested and machined. the deck was checked in several places with a straight edge. OEM gasket kit was used and no hylomar. Brand new nissan headbolts also used. im personally leaning towards a block fault the bores all looked fine when i had the head off. however no further dissaembly was done.
  11. some more of Holeshots pics! radness
  12. cheers. i wish it was a tad louder... if my car sounded like that Red 33 high tech oils one i'd be quite happy haha. was a great event.. as you said mega carnage. was my good mate in the blue 32 who wrote it off earlier on in the sat so was a real damper on the moods to start with. very un forgiving layout but we all had fun. as you can see drifters are a uncaring bunch.. most were going for broke lol. the time attack stuff was a great idea to put with it... it gives the crowds something else to watch. and the sounds from the cars going full noise all the way round the dome while standing in the middle of it is brillant! i had no idea what sort of times people were doing as the PA down our end of the pits was lacking big time!
  13. thanks man... and you should have come and introduced yourself.. always good to put a face to a name. what did you think of the event anyway?
  14. some seriously epic shots from Luke Hobbs here.
  15. SAU video linking fails HARD go to my channel and view them there man. http://www.youtube.com/user/simona31?feature=mhee
  16. more pics coming... i had several mates who are pro photograpers with my team out there both days and they got some unreal shots!
  17. well ADGP was freaking AWESOME! words cannot discribe how good and well run this event was! i i'll use pics and vids instead haha road tripped it over there. left 5am fri morning to get to calder at 3pm to set up and unpack. my car was faultless and performed brilliantly all weekend only issue i had was a bend tie rod and castor rod bracket being out of wack after a hard hit when tom monkhouse spun in front of me. steering wasnt the same afterwards but being the drifter i am i made do with what i had. was running some crazy toe out at the end... something like 30mm out. flicks in HARD hahaha.
  18. if your running a stock turbo personally i would not spend the cash on cams. get a retune and that will make more of a difference then anything. save for a larger turbo if you want more
  19. cheers mate.. and yeah i do all my own susp work pluss for other people too. half of SA drift scene is running my modded knuckles now haha
  20. yeah i'll have to do that i reckon... didnt even f*kn think about it hey *mental blank*
  21. so my new brakes on the car trailer had a hiccup... i neglected to check hose to rim clearance.. and one rubbed thro. got f**k all clearance there not sure what i'll do. another my new ramps.. they are 4 meter scaffolding planks. they require a support in the middle to stop the sagging but they work a treat. mounted light!
