most likely too rich.. the fact you left it and then came back after some time and started it is a good indication of a rich mixture that refused to fire.

just get a 2871R in 52T.. much better turbo

linking you tube on this forum is a bit more complexe then others since it doesnt like HD links or short link codes. NS.com forum allows the use of them all.

this very rare for an RB head to actually crack under normal conditions. are you absolutly sure it is not repairable?

This car was going to be built as a daily driver but the owner has new plans now. car is ALMOST finished. just needs an exahsut and interior put back together. apart from that everything else is done! Car is currently unreg and will be sold as such but has papers and legit plates to re rego it. Has never been defected! Specs: KE70 flat front ORIGINAL 98,000 kms on the car. Chassis is 100% rust free, interior while currently dusty in photos is in very good condition. has factory log books, rear blinds, and the paint just needs a buff. i'd just like to point out that mine are still going strong. and they probably see more of a hard time then most would! RB25 neo, E85, GTX3076, 1.4 bar, 350ish rwkw and not a single missfire ever. used in my competition drift car and have done many track days on them.

yeah you can get a genuine VRS kit for 300 bucks ish. comes with all gaskets and valve stem seals and parts you'll need for head removal. then you'll need to have head machined 80-100 bucks, and labour + fluids/consumables to do it all 600 upwards so wont be cheap. but the flip side is your top end will be fresh again.

yes could be either or oil rings. coast down a hill in 3rd or 4th gear off the throttle using engine breaking and once at the bottom of the hill just floor it briefly. if it spews out oil smoke out the exhaust its a fair sign theres worn valve stem seals. to do the seals is generall a head off job.

yup... mine! must not have been pushing hard enough lol. with water barriers and concrete around there was always going to be carnage!

just a note. neither the 300V OR the nulon oil is compatiable with E85. both will go milky after a very short period of time. Roadmaster RM500 from Anglomoil is aussie made, full syn, suits e85 and is a really good oil. been using it a lot lately. Garage 7 stock it. heres a video

nah i believe oil is fine. no evidence of oil mixing apart from radiator cap area.
