  1. Thats some funny shit. I reckon he got ripped and bought it for like $15k or something lol The only black R30 in australia lol We can all go buy one each for $1k, drive down there all together and buy his for 2 bucks lol
  2. Maybe its the only one in Toora (wherever that is) Its not even a two door and not even a turbo. He has no idea...
  3. I just realised after all this time what you guys were yappin on about. Its NSW lol MY BAD.
  4. I had no idea that you canadians called us mexicans until a couple years ago. Its a well kept secret.
  5. to put it in is a piece of piss. To get it up to a standard where the engineer gives the green light and vic roads registers the car, that is not so straight forward.
  6. yep! without any hassle. Just wired in the one wire to the tacho. What they do is modify the loom off the new motor to suit your car. They give you wiring diagrams and everything.
  7. i sent my wiring off to castlemain auto elecs, i think its near rod hadfield, or maybe the same mob. they will make any wiring loom into a universal one so you can easily wire it into your car. i found them real good and helpful, they are a bit expensive but they do good work.
  8. ill be up for a cruise. For now the bonnet will stay closed, needs a bit of a tidy up..
  9. Some pics of my car i been meaning to upload for a while..
  10. Most spares dealers i have dealt with in the past have been bloody useless. They either dont know the part im talking about or it is obsolete.
  11. if you include postage then i will buy the rears!
  12. mate, i never got around to doing it, im sticking with the manual steer for now. Although it would be nice with a bit of assistance sometimes.

    R30

This is true, but there is no clearance from the sump to the x-member. Thats what i had found in my case. So you can do it this way, it does work, but no one will engineer it. So technically you will never be able to register that car.
  14. Thats right, s13 bits will have no useful adjustment. Im just after the rears.

    R30

most likely it will. Im sure someone on here has done this before.

    R30

i had to customise engine mounts and gearbox mount for it to fit with clearance everywhere.
  17. If ther rears are the ones i think they are, which is the last photo, then they aren't adjustable. i have not seen adjustable rears.
  18. im guessing the last one is of the rear pillowtops? price include postage?
  19. if it was a 4 door id do, coz you can buy doors from anywhere if you needed to. Coz its a 2 door i wouldnt. If the dash is the same as in the sedan, which im pretty sure it is, there are two spots left and right of the dash facing downward which fit 4in speakers. You can buy some pretty decent 4 inch speakers or 4inch splits these days. Dont butcher your doors. BUT it is your car, so you can do what you like..
  20. thats fair, and nice rims! Good luck with the rwc, would be good to see another turbo r30 cruisin around.
  21. no stress, just didnt wanna sell them on ya whilst you still wanting them.
  22. Hey, do you still want the springs? If you dont i need to know so i can keep advertising them.
  23. Shoudl buy it, let people drive it for $500 a day, pay itself off! In an ideal world where no one stacks it... Would be nice to rip around a track in..
