Im getting my mechanical work done at Nismo Performance Centre in Mcntyre Rd St Albans and I asked who they recomend for body kits paintwork etc, they said they have a separate panel shop somewhere that does it, if they take as much pride in that side of things as the mechanical side then you cant go wrong, as for interior im looking myself but you might try asking them as well as I havn't got around to it
