  1. not unless you wanna change the discs and pads too. also, cheaper to get 33 gtst calipers instead of GTR calipers, they're identical, but GTR owners seem to think they're worth a lot more.
  2. all GTS4's got 4 pot calipers up the front. however GTR calipers are different to the GTSt/GTS4 4 pots (allow for thicker discs and mounting points are slightly different). GTR calipers and R33 GTSt calipers are the same.
  3. gotta find his number, try PM'ing. He lives in lynbrook or someshit, off the south gippy, not far from us. also. whatchudointoday?
  4. these were frustrations we had with the club like 6 years ago, so we did something proactive n organised our own little meetups at Rock Kung and the 24hr Burwood Kmart for Nandos or Pizza. Or we went to the NS meets, before it went to shit. I'm not saying its the committee's responsibility to provide weekly social events to attend. I'm trying to say that the older members need to take that initiative. When I lived in Bundoora, we had La Trobe Uni meets (and wiper wars in the carparks) and we did Sunday morning coffee/breakfasts of champions at Lakes Blvd in South Morang every month. Had about 10 people turn up regularly: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/No...ly-t110601.html Wouldn't be hard to just continue those meets or use the spots and maps or routes as starting points. also my grammar and spelling is fucking amazing for 6 in the morning after a night on the town.
  5. athid loves teh late night rim jobs
  6. talk to danny, he can duplicate the code on a fresh alarm... well technically its more like making your alarm learn a new key's code.
  7. some dude hit the curb next to his lane, then steered the other way and crossed 3 lanes n almost ran head on into me last night on heatherton road at like 5am. that was fun.
  8. i can has ur old bonnet?
  9. you guys can all suck a big fat dick with your "there's plenty events and if you cared you'd make one yourself" drivel. seriously, this broken record needs to be put to rest. for starters, lots of people attend social meets that are organised by the lads in the SE burbs, but you guys are probably too new to remember that these social meets were started out of frustration with SAU-VIC's inability to provide regular small scale local social meets and cruises. SAU-VIC is great at organising motorsport events and epic cruises, but at a grassroots level, the only social interaction is on the forum. At its peak we had independent groups in the north and south east organising dinner meets/cruises... nowadays its just the SE guys who carry the tradition. now, onto the topic of taking initiative, if a newbie or someone relatively unknown posts up a cruise or a meet, lets just assume they actually know how to organise a proper one, the thread usually gets you trolls in there bagging them out for being a hoon meet or "sif attend an amature meet". It takes a fair amount of experience to organise a meet (post thread, directions, updates etc, show up on time, make sure venue can cater for parking etc) and an even more amount of skill to organise a cruise. Hell I'd never go to a cruise a newbie posts up, but I would check out one a regular organises. So with that said, you guys who are regulars need to harden the fuck up and take more initiative to help out newcomers. And maybe try, as hard as it may, to occasionally dismount your gilded fucking high horses to show a bit more empathy towards someone new to the community who may not know where to look, or who to talk to, or even how to spell. Now if you'll excuse me, I've had way too much alcohol, so I'm gonna go sleep it off. Fuck all y'all. Cept the newbies... cos we newbies.
  10. this landed in a mate's yard
  11. remind me to get some reinhart pipes for the R32 when its done.
  12. muhahaha time to buy up some financial writeoff cars. fuck yeah. I <3 hailstorms. there were a few hailstones in our front yard. 32 and s14 were in the garage, and the hailstones weren't big enough to dent the ceffy and maxima. puppy copped a hailstone to the back while taking a dump in the front yard... altho he spent the rest of the arvo chasing hailstones and licking ice. retardo dog.
  13. R34 but meh...
  14. these have muff attached, but meh, same look at the back. RB30DE on dual pipes.
  15. yo niggeroj, can I cruise up with you to DECA? saves me having to drive cos I don't think I'll be competing.

  18. y'alls is gay.
  19. yup, that's big red.
  20. stone/nail in tread ziptie/plastic on shaft hoist the wheel up and try turning it by hand n see if anything makes a dull clicking noise.
  21. you should be able to get post 88 honda fusions in oz... they were called "Honda CN250" here. I'd say they'd be pretty cheap too cos they look kinda dated in standard form.
  22. w..t..f? that's the most retarded looking shit ever. no that GC10 fronted stag was the most retarded shit ever, this is a close second. looks like someone in thommo had a frontal in a stag and then fixed it using his cousin's skyline parts and shitty fibreglass "widebody" fenders.
  23. yeah exactly. fuck making a 4 door GTR, buy a GTR and tell your two mates to harden the fuck up and sit on the shopping bag tray back seat or catch the bus.
  24. R34 GT-4 + RB26 + turbos + intake + front pipe + flywheel + clutch + wiring loom + ECU + brakes + diffs + exorcist + hub assemblies + brake booster + gearbox + ATESSA controller + dreams + G-sensors + radiator + radiator support + hopes + bumper support + bumper + front guards + rear guards + respray + bonnet + instrument cluster + GTR dash insert + dash mounted gauges + fuel pump + fuel regulator + water pump + oil pump + alternator + starter motor + prayers = 4 door GTR
  25. I complied a few cars and all we did was tap a thread into a structural part and bolt a hook into it. then again they already had allowances for mounts on the chassis. Depends if you ahve to reinforce the area. Ask your compliancer, they should know. fuck off. you're going full retard if you waste a cent on an N/A R33. Everything you spend on it should be unboltable when you want to resell it (and you will, no one ever gets attached to an N/A R33). This means no respray, and no pulled guards. Stop wasting money, and living pipe dreams.
