this. pat, i'll admit I do rev match in the golf, to remove the jerking around between shifts. the gearing's way too high in the golf to start with to make up for the gutless engine. even the GTS4 with the twin plate OS giken I just did simple rev matching on the street, on track I heel toe. 240z will receive the same treatment. I can't think of many situations on a street where I need to slow down and exit the corner at full speed like on a track. Usually when I slow down while dailying, it's to come to a stop or some shit.

it's already carb. carb's shithouse on v8 cos the fuel injection is linear to the amount of air passing through the carby. Much better to EFI and fine tune how much goes at various RPMs. altho carb's zero hassle long hair no care. plug fuel line, tune carb, off you go.

will do. need monies soon to pay for engine build. they've got the EFI kit on the LS5 now, but they haven't got it running yet. Engine's good for 350 killabees with no EFI, so hopefully with it, should run a lot smoother and more powah. Then if I have any money left over after moving later in the year strap a supercharger to it for even moar powah.
