right dezz, i will go first I took on a wrx in my 1982 honda civic, and I blitzed him!! I put my ass out the window and flashed the bugger while i was driving past some hot hunnies in a convertible astra. then I did a handbrake 180 ran the curb and hammered the 1.3ltr 45kw engine down princess hwy while shouting abuse at porsche and ferrari drivers!! hows that for a racing story!!

on the topic of the new m5 - spotted a maroon one parked just outside mt waverley station - looked nice - but not as lucky as savage - the car was not running....

It was a bright summers afternoon - and I was on my way to GTAutos to pick up my r33. My bro was driving me in his S2000, we have the top down - and Im so eager to hand over the Bank CHQ for $17,000 and get the hell outta there in my new ride. First thing I see is that Jarrod was washing my car - man did that car shine that day. The new HR Racing Rims, the fresh interior - gawd, I would have thought I died and went to heaven! Hurried in, and paid the cash, Waynes dad quickly went through the warranty - and then I got handed the keys! But first problem! The cars immob locked the engine and I couldnt start it up. In my hurry, I couldnt figure out what was going on - then my bro told me to press the unlock button, and presto - she let out an almighty yawn! I close the door, and Look around - this is my car now! I couldnt believe it! 6 years of working in retail paid off! As I drove it out of the dealership I couldnt help but have a huge grin on my face! You know that new car smell that we all get when we first get our skylines - that was what I was getting high on that day! Still remember I wasnt getting used to the gears and all - as the honda civic had a very light clutch - this was more heavy. And gawsh! The turbo! It was sooooooooooooooooo nice!!! And the sports car ride...I was heading down mountain hwy that day - and it was just like wow! I remember I kept thinking "man im so glad I didnt end up with that non turbo supra!!" I swear, I will never forget it - its just the most awesome experience when you finally own something that you worked so hard to get...

such a nice car....would have to sell my house to get that and then move into a 1 bedroom single garage unit

Hey bud - havent tested it, but had it running next to another jasma approved exhaust (on another 'line) and I also had compared it against a rex - and its very very quiet - I think when I asked around I was qouted it at 93db - but it sounds much much lower than that...

Ah thats why when I checked insurance before buying hte car they quoted me $2000 odd for a 1997 s14 while for my 1996 r33 i have to pay only $1000...... Still, not all silvia/200sx drivers are that bad - and I fail to see why, when things like this happen with other cars the media never mentions the model or anything.....I remember a while back how they had a video of some idiots hanging out of some jeep wrangler and flashing their butts at every car - but the only thing in the paper that mentioned the car was the fact that it only said "four wheel drive". Correct me if I am wrong, but its like saying, anyone that has an import or likes to race imports at winton must be a hoon or a very stupid driver.

most cat backs are the same imo - but I have heard that jap brand catbacks have been tested much better than the no name catbacks. I got a trust pe2 - main reason was that it was very quiet - and once i did get it installed - it sounded fantastic and the response on the car is much much better If you want a huge rumbling noise type cat back - then go with xforce or blitz nur spec - i have heard them on a silvia and a chaser respectively - and all i could say was its way too loud for my liking....

Im not sure exactly how much they woudl be, though I remember seeing them on the tgs performance website at around $1000 or so - probably not the most expensive rims - and their website is down by the looks of things
