  4. ive got a 25 block with a 20 head but i didnt have any trouble fitting the 20 gearbox and tailshalft!! gearbox still mounts in same spot and i cant remember getting another tailshalft.
  5. can anyone help? mine is split in two. also the teeth on the selctor cog? on the other side are worn, does anyone know if we can just turn it upside down and use the other side which isnt worn.

  7. i want a R32 GTR rear wing, have a carbon drift wing to swap. I wouldnt mind some side skirts either, but not willing to pay much for them. damaged ones ok as long as i can pacth them up.
  8. Hi all. Havent been here for awhile, so I thought id share some good news. After numerious problems with my car, we finally found some reliablity and came out class B winner for the weekend, while almost everyone else had dramas. The only problem we had was a lack of power, the car is tuned with 300kws, but some of that seems to have gone awol! Did find were some of it was going, out though a loose bolt on the the dump pipe, but once that was done up, it still didnt feel super quick like it did before. We have had the head off, so maybe we didnt get the cams spot on, so it will get tuned before we race again. managed a fastest lap of 61.6 for the weekend, but should of been able to do 60's if all the power was there. ive uploaded a couple of video to youface.   11. Im after a 3.9 diff, out of a S13 auto I believe, also looking for a R32 GTR rear spoiler. I have a drift wing that I can swap. also larger pulleys for alt and water for Rb20/25 if they are around.

  13. thanks, yes bit of power oversteer there. its quite easy to light the rears up!
  14. from what I know, the heads are not much different, but you have to run different pistons. there's alot of myths about these engines! I dont run resister packs either!

  16. just cost. didnt want to have to change the wiring and the ecu. Im not sure if the head was bored, but we have different pistons in it. head not ported either. forgot to mention that i have a after market exhaust manifold and a GTR style intake. ill post a pic later.

Tanks guys!! 60sec at Baskerville, 61 at Symmons cut off times for B well after my original block was ruined, we have replaced it with a 25 block, still have the 20 head. replaced the high flowed Rb20 turbo with a garrtet gt 30 (rb20 turbo i want to sell now) the gearbox is standard, i need another diff ratio as im having to change gears at Baskerville too often now. suspension is a BC racing kit. Tyres are bridgestone RE55. After the amount of money ive spent and dramas etc I want to make the car last (hopefully) so that is why I wont be driving it full bore (even though it feels wrong!!) I want to be racing not fixing the damn thing all the time, which is what we have spent the last year or so doing. I did think about detuning it, but then I would have to drive it harder, so lap time mangement is the way to go. But at some stage I will do some testing just to see how fast I can go!! Im just not made of money, sponsors help, but Im still paying for 90% of it!!

  19. Finally, after years of trying I took my first round win in Sports GTB. Thanks to Steeline, David Clifford Photography, Cable Mate, Dejay Signs and Benson Motorsports. Car now is a rocket with 300kws. I wish I had it this good from the start. We have had to overcome a shitload of dramas the past year or so and hopefully now we have the speed, we can have some luck too!! Thats why Im wont be driving the car to its full potential. Best time was a 59.3....without trying too hard!! Roll on R4 Aug 21st at Symmons!!
  20. im a bit confused by power quoted here. I have a R32 Gts-t with a highflowed turbo and I only get 220kw at 19psi running 104 oct race fuel. on pump it only has 200kws has 444 inj, 040 pump, jjr coilpacks, apexi ecu, z32 afm. I was thinking of getting a R25 turbo highflowed so i could have more power and maybe less boost.
