  2. no they are top dead center,but soon the engine is coming out for part two of my build and i will be getting vct cam gear and exhaust cam gear and i can tell you then. thanks. if anyones interested ill be doing 0.5 o/s valves port job larger exhaust manifold with 50 mm runners .87 hks pro s rear turbo housing cam gears larger sump plus lots more
  3. looking for someone local who can make a larger sump with what ever is needed for the drags, ive seen high energy ones and rips ones! is there anyone eles who makes them.?

  6. and a greddy plenum would be bigger again, that's what i meant by the hole hog,hopefully soon when my dam exhaust manifold is finished i can show that having all not some of supporting mods from A-Z all together makes for a good package. well that's the idea as for a o/s t/b on a stock plenum and stock turbo and so on,yes its a waste of time.
  7. ive got one love it, i have no problem with control, if you going the hole hog on a set up than do it, thats my opinion. most gtrs that go singal t/b use a 90mm,if there was no diference why do the use them an not a 75mm one ??

  9. funny the guy who makes them in japan said the opposite about 304 being the lesser material than 321 as 321 has a much higher heat resistance. of the net 321 is the grade of choice for applications in the temperature range of up to about 900°C, combining high strength, resistance to scaling and phase stability with resistance to subsequent aqueous corrosion. Grade 304 is more readily available in most product forms, and so is generally used in preference to 321 if the requirement is simply for resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding.   10. just a quick qestion but would it not be cheaper to turn your 3037 into a 3240 ? cos hks 3240 are about 3k im asking cos i would not mind doing it.
  11. in a few months as im still part hunting i have most things just need a baffled sump from somewhere,and a few little things, and some more cash...lol but as soon as i get the result im looking for ill post it up.
  12. nothing wrong with 321 s/s,they don't crack like 304 sus.they will be about $720 (depending on us dollar) delivered in Australia to the door.ill be getting one of the first and testing it on my set up.
  13. there is a new style coming out that i have been waiting for over 7 months better collector and bigger runners,i have been in contact with the man who has built it and will be selling it soon,unfortunately the company he got to make it has sold the design to many other shops,his will be sold made from 321 S/S 3mm the copies will be made from 303 S/S 2mm,hpi will also be selling his manifold at a huge price, here is a pic of the copied one. by the way this is direct replacement.

  19. in second gear ,if you have a look on some of the passes i take the gas of in third and jump on it again and it just pick up where i was spinning its fun but it gave me the shits after about 3 passes that night i did 9 of them,at the end i was getting use to spinning at 180km/h and dancing all over the track.but that's not going to happen next time i hope...lol
  20. just a small update running nitrous but going backwards but having fun doing it. the diff was playing up with the limo working and then not.getting that fixed and then trying again here is a vid.
