Yep Bozman aero mods coming along. We have been chopping up the side skirts and rear of the car making some real rack off side skirts and big rear diffuser. Sure to help, and designed with help of Carbon Artistry who has done our work for over 10 years and does lots of race car stuff. Also taken advice from an air craft engineer who is involved with the V8 Supercars. We may not be the quickest on the day but will have the best aero of any car there and will look the part. Don't right us off either. We will definitely have the quickest zed there, he he. Hey Jason I found another pic of your car.

Yep got done over by those three R32 GTR's out ther on Thursday. Had not been to the track for about six months and a few little issues with the car. Finally got sorted then psuehd that button early and ran wide off turn two and smashed my front carbon kevlar undertray and exhaust. Yes Russ that was fun that drag race even though I got beaten. I will wind more boost and turn up the timing with the race fuel, and should be close at least in a stragiht line, especially when I lighten the car. PS Nice trailer Russ and Mark. Cool hope weather is good as will be tops to see these black beasts in action. Also looks like whoever posted that vid on You Tube has changed the name to Nissan R33 GTR. Yes Russ it is an awesome track, one of the best in the world.

Twice in the zed also had FM problem on one for the days and did a 1 40.67 in our loan car Ford Corsair 2.4 litre stock front wheel drive oil on the track. Yes have aero improvements and suspension geometry changes in front end and lightened the zed a bit and yes pulled another 30rwkw plus out of her last week. BTW Keith Carling back in early 90's did a 40.9 Oran South in zed sports sedan. 1150kg with driver. BIG aero tube frame 800hp. Imagine if I could fit R35 gtr motor with front diff in her??? Hi Anthony. Some guys on the ford forums here in Australia who I have been speaking with have made kits that work on their cars, and getting substantial fuel economy improvements. Maybe they are making it all up. You only need 2 or 3 litres a minute but depends on engine size. Ford Forum HHO topic

I will be there on Sat. Tipping comp that is a hard one and hard to beat Mark in hs GTR but such a line up of other top class cars with good drivers and experience. As I said the first one is going to be interesting, and a bench mark and indication of who's who.

I have been looking into this for a few months now and has sound basis, with some challenges though. Honda and BMW have hydrogen powered cars now. The point made about engergy in v energy out is a good point, although there was a guy called Stan Meyer who worked with this technology on cars for over twenty years and claims to have found that oscillating a certain frequency he made large amounts of hho gas, with minimal current input and thus also very low heat. If true it is the answer needed. It is claimed that hho runs much cooler, can run much leaner, cleaner and much more effecient as a fuel compared to fossile fuel and higher octane.

It should be this fast from what it has and with a race driver. Natsoft sort fo shows it was later session to?. Individual times.

I was just checking Natsoft site. EVO V REX Some of our customers where there racing and said he did this late in the day when it was dry.

I have never hit another car or wall in all the years doing track days, don't mention drifting. Although nearly written off my car twice passing slower cars that did not see me. Strobe lights might be the go with so many gtr’s to dodge. I doubt if they will run 16 cars in this event. Road car or open there will still be a big difference in times and hence the challenge and potential danger. Yes months off yet and I predict this will be the biggest thread in any forums history. Sydneykid I am not crazy just different. I did say hit something, as this one below was at Wakey and I just got a bucket of dirt in the car. I found out I could not brake after the kink so can cross this one off the list.

When I went wider on the front is was way better but wider rear with wider wheel base and understeer. If I can get tyres wide enough and not heavy I am sure we can configure things to be better overall.

FOr my car at least and no fornt diff not wide enough as have front and rear wheel track adjustment and flared guards so can run wider which will help with traction and cornering. I ahve 9.5 front and 10.5 rear now. Bigger is better.

Exactly the challenge and from what I found I can get Yoky 048 which don't heat cycle that well although mcuh cheaper than 285 RE55 for example. There are big size tyres in the pipeline from other R comp tyre manufacturers also around this size coming soon. 2rismo I will be out numbered with so many GTR's going. I like to be unique and like a challenge.

Strobe light would be the go and a distraction and tempting but potentilally dangerous. I should get the head lights working to flash GTR Jason to get out of the way.

Roy I have 18 and 9.5 front 265 and 10.5 rear with 295 I want to go 10 or 10.5 front and 11.5 or 12 rear which will fit 285 front or maybe 295 and 315 rear. Also Zed compared to Skyline the engine weight is further back being V6 and much lower roof line. Just need to get carbon fibre Targa panels and lose the heavy glass. I can assure you guys of one thing we will have the best aero car there. Yes been doing more tinkering and making big vents outside of the car to vent air out form engine bay so not going under the car creating lift and working on a real rack off rear diffuser and side skirts. GT500 Style. May even add to the huge rear wing with extensions and big fences on the end but will see about this.

The 1min 18 was about 2 years ago and car is much better now. Yes Oran GP is much better suited to my car and Sydneykid has been a great help with suspension and advice, and also made me some custom sway bars. Working on rear of car changing pivot points of diff cradle brackets for rear steering link, upper control and forward traction arm as well as sorting toe change through its range of movement being 6mm total change. Turn one or kink down the straight and the dog leg is not really 4wd corners and suits my car better and sort of a few others around the back are more 4wd corners, and don't mention rain or wet track please. This first event will be very interesting and a yard stick for everyone to see where they are at and who is who in the game. Then it will be interesting to see mods and times especially if going back to the same track from then on. If not just how each car goes in comparison to others anyway. Roll cage yes if open class and fast car as not all will be pushed. If you did roll it, which is so rare, it would likely be bad. Hey check out this fuel a customer just showed me. New Fuel I assume it is allowed Nathan?? Also anyone know of options with forged 18 inch wheels 10 and 11.5 114.3pcd around 35 to 40 offset?
