  1. Just 650cc injectors at moment. We did few runs at 27psi. that made crazy mid range but not a lot more top end. So left it at 24psi.
  2. The compressor is maxed, and the turbine is just right for this compressor. Its is a perfectly matched turbo flow wise. I had a closer look, it reached 24psi by 4150, 20psi was at 4050RPMs. It is currently the most responsive turbo for any thing that made this sort of power internally gated on Trent's dyno. Car is now with VCT enabled. Can probably reach 340rwkws on E85.
  3. Further evaluation based on the ATR28SS2 Based on a s14 sr20det with bc stage 2 cams, int gate and 98 fuel I've kept the compressor and grinned down the trim of exhaust wheel radius, So now its the biggest exhaust wheel that can be fitted into a .64 turbine housing with the correct blade radius inside turbine housing. Car made a final of 308rwkws on pump 98 fuel, and 20psi made by 4000RPMs. This is an excellent turbo, managed to take timing and held boost pretty flat as internal gate. Doesn't chock the engine, no power tapering in upper rev, and drives very nicely on road. On paper it was identical in response to a GT3071 in T3 .63 turbine, make 30 extra kws, and direct bolt on.
  4. Probably an good idea to see what other cars are making using the same turbo at Jez's dyno. At this boost level is about at the point of which turbo will not be making any more power per additional psi of boost added. I usually see 400rwkws E85 on this turbo by this sort of boost level.
  5. Factory turbine A/R is .58. The rest of the information is all correct.
  6. Here is the power reading for today. Peek power of 297rwkws P98 fuel is only at 21psi of boost. How ever 20psi is by 4750 indicate some thing is not right. After having a closer look, it appears the small T2x turbine housings are not very good taking any thing bigger then a 56mm turbine. As there is no more materials left covering the exducer radius, which just made the inducer gap into the blade height. It worked identically to as if I'm using a huge turbine blade that has a inducer area of some thing of 20mms. That have explains why the GT3071 worked horribly in side a .64 T2x turbine compare to as if it is in a .63 T3x turbine. Large turbine end have made an very happy engine, taking boost and extra timing no worries. I'm going to make an customized T3x geometry turbine housing into a T2x print, and re-evaluate using the same chra. Photos will be posted as project progresses. Thinking of making a turbocharger out of this turbine wheel for my R33: Actually it was for an 1600HP marine engine.
  7. I admit making an mistake quoting the maximum boost level safe to run on stock ecu earlier. Been corrected and that it should be no higher then 10psi. Reason of having the high flow, as cost wise is similar or cheaper then to rebuild, similar drive ability working with factory ecu, making good power when other supporting mods are present, and proven by time to last. For a budget ECU upgrade you can get Toshi to remap based on factory injectors and AFM. I've personally sent few customers that direction and worked well.
  8. Made 297rwkws on 22psi On pump 98 fuel. Compressor maxed out. Turbine had alot more in it. How ever its gettng too laggy for what i originally wanted and i think i know just why. Will upload result later on.
  9. i meant stock drive ability when used on factory ecu under 10psi. Do not run any thing above unless supporting mods are available.
  10. The ss15 rb20 high flow runs a 63mm turbine which is some thing ive recently made upgrading the ones in the ss2. I didnt think it was wise running a 72mm turbine which is what i usually use in rb25det highflows, as it might be too laggy on the rb20. Compressor is ss15 67mm, that was tested and perfect for 250rwkws, that is pretty comfortable for this turbine to handle. So should make good power and not too laggy for the road. The ss2 t28 is due for dyno tomorrow. I will enable vtc also, will post results once complete.
  11. Depending on what the high flowed profile is. We can highflow it to run on 10 to 22psi reliabily with factory alike response and drive ability on standard ecu. Highflowed turbocharger is capable of supporting a maximum of 270rwkws on pump 98 and had customers making 320rwkws on e85 With supporting mods.
  12. Billet SS1.5 high flow using factory R32 housings. Expected to pull around 240rwkws and good drive ability.
  13. Get Adaptronic Plug in ecus. I've upgraded to it from Nistune+z32 board + Z32 AFM. It worked heaps better.
  14. The turbine housing is different. You will need to get a SR's .64 rear housing machined to suit your turbine.
  15. Another update this is my latest ATR43SS2 turbocharger.Compare to the current one. Compressor inducer has been increased by 2mms, while the turbine inducer and exducer has been increased by 3mms. This particular one is expected to be maxed out at around 390rwkws on E85.
  16. The difference would be the cams. I've compared mine with few that has Pon cams at Trents, The BC cams are making in average of 15kws more mid-top while the pon cams has 15kws more in mid-low with better response. The GT3071 on my car hits 20psi by 4250rpms at 250rwkws, feels laggy down low.
  17. I think it make similar power as your GTX3071 hopefully with better response. If that works well I will enable VCT.
  18. lol that is very wrong. The turbine is in a standard T3x patterned housing, means other T3s will have similar issues. I use Brae high mount and fits perfectly.
  19. Posting a little update. This is the SS2 based ATR28 turbocharger with a even larger turbine. This particular one runs off ceramic roller bearings. Hopping to get 300rwkws+ with 20psi by 4000RPMs.
  20. I have a billet 20.5G in stock in 10cm turbine that would be a good responsive option. Call Brae on 0438584796
  21. The SS2 would be the most reliable turbo for this setup. The externally gated version usually comes with a Plate which a 3 inch metal pipe can be attached to as the font pipe. Or a Vband assembly extension that cost $100 additional. details are at: http://www.hypergearturbos.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=72&product_id=54
  22. Need to ask brae on this. Usually about weekish.
  23. We can high flow them and they will be good enough to support 300rwkws on a manual with supporting mods. Lot of work is involved in doing it how ever. So it might be working out cheaper with an high mount, but depending on what it is. The cost to high flow both CT12As is $1800 and they needs braided oil and water lines after high flowing. Alternatively, you can use our ATR43G3, SS2 or SS3 depending on what sort of power you are after. G3 is $900, while SS2/3 is $1150. 50mm HPVA gate that Ive been using on the R33 is $300 with the turbocharger. and Brae manifold is $1100.
  24. when both compressors are maxed. Garrett 6 pair blade 76mm 56t actually make slightly more power with better response then the 7 pair 76mm compressor or referred as 60-1.
