  1. No, it needs to vent to some where, you could just put a little air filter on the end of it but from what i have read the car wont run the same.

  5. I wouldnt bother changing the afm, main thing is the coils and igniter, if the plug is different on the tps then just change the whole unit to the one on the S1 engine, i wouldnt bother trying to re wire plugs that could cause more damage than its worth.
  6. i would say fuel pressure reg has shit its self. I spent $30 on some fuel line and a little speco fuel gauge to test my pressure.
  7. definatelt a T4 flange on the manifold and T3 on the turbo, could use an adaptor and put the pipe for the external gate off that, would sit pretty high tho.
  8. It is lacking a couple of the smaller features but for the price and the fact it integrates with the ps3 so your ps3 is now an all in one entertainment centre its well worth getting.
  9. You turn it off, it will start and record the program then turn its self off, even while it is recording you can turn it off, it will get to a certain point and you leave it there once recording is finished it will turn its self off.
  10. There is one that works in the same street as I do that is similar to mine, have not driven mine since the start of December tho.
  11. doubt you will need one, just run a line from your intercooler piping straight to the wastegate.

  13. I am going to say that you have very little chance of going faster than that with the stock rubber intake hose.
  14. Did you admit to driving it, unless you did then i doubt that you will hear anything more about it.

Very true, i have seen lots of reports of people getting high knock figures but when the tuner is using the after market knock detection there is no or very little knock, replacing the knock sensor( of which i have 2 from a spare engine i bought if you want to try it) may cancel out some of what the factory ecu gets but they are well known for registering a lot more knock than is actually there which will always result in a lower quality tune when only using a piggy back.
  16. The factory knock sensors pick up other things besides knock and it registers it as knock, this is why tuners use there own knock sensing equipment, the proper way to fix the issue is a full ecu like a power fc then you wont have these issues.

Compared to a standard turbo? yes you could, now go off and read what people think of the kkr after using one and then compare them to the views from people using a vg30 rear housing, i can gaurentee you a lot more people are happy with there vg30 than a kkr, whislt you at it research what happens when you put bigger bits on your standard turbo to get more power.
  18. The turbo i have on my car now did 260 on another car when it was first made. Have a search through the forums for KKR, they are junk, need lots of boost for not much power and they are very laggy.
  19. Its also not exactly what im talkinf about, when you record something now you get an option to record once, daily or weekly, the option i want is the same thing but for the whole series untill i tell it not to anymore.
  20. Really, i know you can search but then you have to go through the process of recording each of them one at a time.

  22. Also wish they would add a feature that lets you record a whole series no matter what channel or what time its on.
