No its clear that the particular agency you dealt with are quite average, and that's fine i have worked with and observed many an agency and obviously deal with many real estate agents its a fascinating business everyone wants to be in the game but are completely hopeless and uncommitted, on the surface it seems like an easy way to make good money. In reality its like every business the 80/20 rule prevails. The average income for a real estate agent is like 50k who in their right mind would work 6+ days a week 10-12 hour days or that kind of money may as well do reception. Unfortunately though they don't and the lack of renumeration then feeds back to the level of service provided and thus just fuels why the make sweeet f.a in the first place cos they do a shit job. I'd suggest you take it up directly with the RTBA or speak to the director or head of that department and make a fuss, clearly being nice isn't working.
