  1. How was it? It opens tonight.....
  2. Spotto'd about 4:45 a white R34 GT-t with a biiiig skirt kit sitting southbound on the parkway behind a VB/VC/VH Commodore getting hauled up onto a tow truck......
  3. Might be a better idea to ask in the Queensland section (In case you haven't realised, this is the ACT section).....
  4. So...... Put a big turbo on it, ramp up PART of the fuel delivery system, leaving the stock injectors and ECU there. Did he tell you why this is the best way to go? I'd like to hear it.....
  5. Go the 34. It suits what you've said you want from your next car perfectly, plus even in stock form it still has plenty of punch. And that aside, it's a 2001 model, it's Bayside Blue, it has the factory Nismo kit, and it has a factory sunroof. That's just about the rarest spec combination of a GT-t I can think of, I'd love to have one just like it for my next car. Basically I'd hang onto it if I were you
  6. They sound like an R33 RB25 except because they have solid lifters like an RB26 they make a bit of noise at the top of the engine. Mine does the same as well.
  7. I rekcon they're hawt 5 spoke + dish = winnar
  8. Ah you're the fellow that bought that. Sleeper of the year when it had it's stock wheels on
  9. I have a Just Jap cooler, almost all my friends have Just Jap coolers, never seen one of them with a problem, and they seem to cool just fine. That being said none of us are running huge horsepower or huge boost, so I can't comment on that. For dailydriving cars or cars with basic mods I don't see how you can go past them.
  10. Spotted Erica in the Forester on Akuna st this morning, and spotted an old Bluebird up amongst the hedges on capital hill/state circle/whatever it's called, looks like it had a bit of an understeer problem in the wet.....
  11. Then that sounds like pinging.... I thought mine was pinging last year but apparently it turned out to be the dust collar on the back of the gearbox where the tailshaft goes in had come loose and was getting clipped as the tailshaft spun, try looking at that, but if it's only when you hit boost then it's more likely going to be something like pinging. Is is constant or does it happen with like no pattern or what?
  12. Is it making a sort of mechanical/tinny rattling noise?
  13. Seconded, Luke is the mammary gland queen.
  14. Frink and I have already sent off our rego forms and paid There's also a number of us from the R31 club going. Anyone that wants to join us is more than welcome, should be a top weekend.
  15. It will probably cost you very close to the same as buying a real GT-R, and once you were finished, you'd wish that you'd have gone and bought the real thing instead.
  16. With problem 1, does it sound like a dull thump?

  18. A few friends of mine (Frink & Bullet32 on here among them) absolutely swear by them in terms of bang for buck, apparently they stick like shit to a blanket, though I hear some people saying that they tend to go off after they've travelled a certain amount of kms, and have noticeably less stick and generate more noise.
  19. Option1Garage in QLD sell them, they're to suit S13 Silvias but they went straight into my R31 so I guess they will probably fit R32/33/34 as well. I think all modern Nissans are the same (I think). They're 70mm long as opposed to the standard 50mm, and are made by NICE products. ARP make them as well I think, they'd probably be pretty strong as well being ARP.
  20. Not really, the Tuesday night Jerra games haven't been on for a couple of months. I wouldn't mind getting back out there, though I can't do it tonight
