  1. Yeah sorry I forgot to mention that they're in Murrambateman. Last time I bought AP fluid from them I bought it over the phone at 3pm and they couriered it to my place by 6pm for $9.00.
  2. Alternatively give Competition Friction a call. They don't do RB74's but they do have some other pads. They're an AP Racing supplier and I've bought stuff from them before, they're really good. Can probably get you something worth buying. I don't have their number but whitepages.com.au is your friend.
  3. I've got RB74's as well, as Leigh said, when they're warm they haul a car down pretty bloody hard. Though I've come to the conclusion that they're probably a bit too hot a pad for street use, and as such you hardly get maximum performance out of them, and thus they'll shorten the life of your rotors as they're rock hard when cold and will start to chew the rotors up. Frink got a set of (f**king brilliant) pads from Chris at Inline, I'll ask him what they are. Though I think they're hot track pads as well.
  4. BDL in Belconnen did mine, good price, very good install, the alarm combo and the central they put in it has always worked great. I don't know the name of the fellow that installed it, but he was an american
  5. If you bought it from Evo then yeah it was you I saw. I doubt you saw me though, I was 3 floors up in an office building, I only looked out when I heard you
  6. For those of you that can wind your memories back 1.5 - 2 years, I saw Kate's old acid rush R33 getting a big bootful down Allara Street this afternoon
  7. What modifictions does your car have?
  8. I have a clublock, which I do use for it's intended purpose, which would probably be classed as a weapon if they really wanted to convict someone
  9. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! ahhhh anyway, I'll see about coming out tonight.
  10. Spotto'd a black R34 coupe parked in Manuka, had R33 wheels on the rear and R34's on the front
  11. Import wreckers like Just Jap can get them, not just Nissan. The water pump is the same across all the RB engines. The only one that is different is the RB26 N1 water pump. So, if you are after one quickly, try Holden, ask for one for a VL Commodore. Some RB30E parts from Holden are still cheapish, water pumps may be one of them, and the dealer may carry them in stock. Or just for a laugh, call Nissan again and ask for a water pump to suit a 1986-1990 Australian delivered R31 Skyline. If they say they have heaps in stock, get one of those..... the same again.
  12. By rev happy do you mean it simply revs to high heaven, or it needs to be revved like mad in order to make any power?
  13. Is this still John doing the rebuild Viet? I figured he'd at least have a starter motor there he could swap it with just to see if it runs.....
  14. James' Silo is going again, now RB20 powered.
  15. lol, Extra Dry is the norm
  16. A bunch of us will be there tonight if anyone's thinking of coming
  17. The kid's got a point.....
  18. I thought that all private imports/modified vehicles have to go to Dickson, only standard cars can get away with going elsewhere. By modified I mean modified and requiring an engineer's certificate
  19. Doesn't the boss kit have to be collapsible or something? At least I remember hearing something like that
  20. Don't get a new turbo till you change that 2.5" exhaust for a 3" one, otherwise the turbo you get won't make bugger all of a difference, all you'll be doing is restricting the crap out of it with the exhaust you have. And while you're getting that new exhaust, and while you want that much power of that RB20, you'd better get one with a split dump pipe
  21. Ok got a wave from a fellow in a white S2 R33 in Yarralumla yesterday arvo, and went past a HOT red R34 coupe on the way to the Raiders game last night, no wing, mags, nice kit.... bastard I want one
  22. 175.1rwkw with 3" turbo back exhaust & Just Jap 600x300 front mount. Stock boost & computer, manual box. edit - Mine seems a little high going by the above numbers... suppose it just comes down the dyno I suppose.... I'd like to think I have a heathy motor
  23. Does just an exhaust & FMIC count in a car with an R34 motor?
  24. Addition - asshats that tell you they'll sell you something, and then sell it under your nose. Especially when you're trying to get something to help out a mate
  25. I agree. Look at how many HSV Clubsports there are out there
