concur. im a big fan of good fitment, but you gotta be reasonable if you intend on driving your car. a mate of mine is running my old 17x9+17 equips on his 33 gtst. rears with a slight roll and a 235/45 tyre a spot on. fronts however... well, needs a bit of camber, a skinnier tyre and roll. really? i guess youre basing that statement on personal experience? absolutely nothing at all wrong with rolling guards with a heat gun and a mallet. ive rolled the guards of half a dozen cars (ls400's to skylines and stags) with nothing more than a $35 dollar heat gun, a soft touch hammer, a rubber mallet, and a 1 inch wooden dowel. works perfectly every time, no distortion nor denting to the guard itself, and no damage of any kind to the paint.

same. i was rather impressed with their conduct over the course of the night. but of course theres already people on the 'f**kin flamin mongrel cops' bandwagon. i know of a couple defects, but most of what i saw was stern warnings for people getting a bit loose. it couldve easily been made a lot worse where ever we stopped. its just my opinion, but i reckon tonight was a pretty big step forward.

Ive been looking into yet another brake upgrade recently (this will be my 3rd...) for my s14, and i stumbled across the nissan/akebono calipers that are fitted to 370Z and 370GT premium. this is the best 'comparison' photo i could find, the other caliper is iirc a brembo (duh) turismo 6 pot. as you can see, theyre fairly beefy motherf**kers. run a 355x32mm rotor standard. my question is, will they mount up to an S14? or will i need some sort of adaptor made up? as im not entirely sure what the mounting spacing is for V and Z series cars. nor do i know if rotor offset will be an issue. if they do bolt straight up, awesome! means a fairly substantial upgrade for under a grand. cheers in advance,
