hey toffy a start for your research on how to get rid of the flat spot shoud start with a PM to sydney kid as he has heaps of experiance at it. also i read in the thread about the jacar electroninc boost controler and air fuel controler that SK fitted to his stagea that he was able to tune that "flat spot" out with thoes 2 controlers. im pretty sure he used the benifits from both not just 1 of them to do it as i belive he found that the EBC controled the boost over the "flat spot" better than any other type of EBC and the air fuel controler helped with the rest. he highly recomended the 2 and said that it was probably the pest and cheapest product on the market for fixing that flat spot. anyway maybe that helped .

How Do You Rate The JJR Split Front And Dump Pipe?

i had just found the JJR ones befor i brought a seccond hand one. the one i brought was suposed to be made by a private engerniring firm but it looks a lot like the Batmbil ones but its only a dump pipe its not like there is a million ways to make one. im happy with mine so far but its odd as the pipe has been tig welded and looks hot but the flanges and oxygen sendor hole looks like it has been welded on with a stick there is spit every where. this is a seccond hand pipe and i couldnt belive that someone had had it on there car with all the excess welld on the inside of the pipes. first thing i did was get the die grinder out and flow it properly. i cant wait to get it on thoe. if i had to get a new one id get one of the JJR ones. -

hi cefiie will the clutch suit an rb20? isnt there a difference between push and pull between the 2?? i may also be interested in the ecu for a mate. i take it that it should run fine even without an aftermarket pump? he has fmic 3" zorst and a steel wheel turbo but i dont think its hiflowed? any thing elce wrong with it? thanks damo

hey mate id just like to say that this is one hot 32. i love the flered guards at the rear and does it have GTR front guards because it looks heaps wider at the front too. did you buy it from japan as is or have you done most of the work??? -
^^^ i love that any way to somthing constructive does anyone notice anything strange when on a track doing 180km/h? ive found car feels good but it starts to sound like the doors are about to fall off. i know this may be the door seals but ive been in plenty of imports that whisle just doing 100km/h and for mine i need to be doing 180. i also have a 260 or 280 cant think nismo speedo in my 32 but still have the speed cut in it. i find it gets to 190 to 200 before backing off. its also auto and has heaps of legs left in it as i find it will still drop back a gear if im doing 150 in over drive. also when is that over speed chimer in the car ment to kick in??? i thought it was ment to be around 100km/h? but mind does nothing till 150. oh and i forgot to mention if i hit power in my auto at 180 it gets completly 90degres to the road. lol

hmmm id decided to just keep the stock bov running but then id heard that the stock bov would only hold back around 14psi so i thought if you went further 19psi it would just be venting all the time. so if i went for an aftermarket bov id get a plumb back was my thoughts, which im getting a greddy old type s which can be made plumb back but i think aftermarket plumb backs still make the flutter noise you are talking about. i was also going to change my cooler piping to get rid of the factory throttle intake pipe but maybe after reading this i will have a look at doing the same. -
well i payed 120 for my bar and it was fairly average. i would have been happy if i payed $70 for it thoe. but seriously you will not get "perftect" unless you pay like $150 out of a shop. hope that doesnt sound like a negative comment but you get what you pay for and sometimes you pay to much.

when i was in burni yesterday i seen a black FD rx7 like series 6 or 7 with a big veilside wing. i havent seen it for a few years then i seen a candy red S2000 with ugly big chrome wheels paint looked hot as. on the way back to launni near hagly i met a red R34gtt on the high way.

hmm i better put my hand up again as i just sold my last set to a friend to help him out of a tight spot. so put me down for a pair for an rb20 in blue thanks. oh and i thought id also mention i brought in group buy number 2 and id have to say its a very well run GB and a top product. i ohnesty couldnt belive the quality of the cam gears them selves. they are like a quarter of the price of jap branded ones too. and as a quick reference RB26 can have 2 wheels inlet exhaust RB25 only needs exhaust RB20 can have 2 inllet and exhaust.

dam thats good so you didnt need injectors??? im gessing the stockies would be getting pretty maxed. did dr drift tune it for you? oh nad thats a fair bit of boost i thought you could only run like 12 throught thoes neo turbos. whats it feel like toddy i wish i could go for a ride id like to know what near 200 in a 32 was like.

well i pulled my diff out to take the shim that i had put in out because it was to tight. im mate got a bit hasty putting it back to gether and started hitting things with a hammer and ended up braking a sir clip on one of the half shafts. oh thats righ i go a new clip from nissan whent to fix it and hed broken the other on to. so another day waiting for parts. dam it.

top idea gmb. this would be grate. it would be a good excuse for all the oldies to dust of there "weekend cars" off and come for a worth wile cruse. i was thinking cambeltown just cos its central and has barbies but then again we could head up the lakes that way the north and south people can have a few twisties to go up or we could head down the east coast and meet at swansy or where ever. im thinking some where central. hope that is some help. now just to plan it for a daay every one can come

who has a black 32 with 270rwkw??? dam i havent seen it around. i dont recon you will have much luck as there is only one 32 i know of thats not going in launni and it has a stuffed box already. i realy dont think you will find one in launni that is.

hi shane i have a spare front bar. its a stock skyline one with fog lights in it. looks pretty nice but it needs a few little bits fixed and its gunmetal in colour so it would need a spray. which you would need anyway. maybe worth looking at, maybe not. offers there anyway mate. damo
