No up-grade for me,,,part of our package,,,but I need to up-grade the size of my TV to suit. -
I'd like to move all the following items as I have no need for them anymore. Basically everything is off my 1996 GTS-T with a few things I've acquired over the years. I live in Sydney's west and I'm not really interested in shipping,,,small stuff maybe but I just don't have the time to package stuff up and send it. I can be contacted by pm or on my mobile being 0419160561 during the day and up to about 8.30 at night. If I don't answer the mobile please leave me a message,,,I will ring you back. What I list in this 1st post is what I have up for grabs NOW,,,as time goes on I will have lots more,,, so please if you have questions lets keep them to whats on offer. While I think my prices are reasonable,,,you may think otherwise,,,please feel free to make a sensible offer. I don't sell rubbish,,,never have never will and if there's something not up to standard I will say so. 1/ Steering Wheel/Slip Ring and Airbag $400.00. The wheel has 4 small screw holes where my cruise control switch was located. I forgot to take a pic of the holes and the airbag which is in excellent condition. I can take a pics if required. 2/ Passenger Air Bag $200.00. 3/ Air Bag Control Unit and Wiring $100.00. Didn't bother taking pics,,,whats there to see,,,both in excellent condition. 4/ Remote Engine Oil Cooler Adaptor $50.00. Brand New. 5/ Front and Rear Seats $300.00 the lot. The drivers seat has the usual hole,,,but for the age thats pretty normal. All of them just need a good vacuum and a quick clean. I might add though our Great Dane has on the odd occasion sat in the back,,he's my son and very clean,,,Roy get a professonal bath every weekend. 6/ Full set of Seat Belts $40.00. Again no pics,,,Couldn't see the sense,,,excellent condition all of them. 7/ All under Bonnet Air Cond parts as well as the Evaporator and the dash sensors $800.00. In excellent working order,,,typical Skyline Stuff. 8/ R33 GTR Standard Air Intake Snorkel $100.00. The foam as usual needs replacing. 9/ Factory Speedo $50.00. Absolute perfect working order. 10/ Biltz Turbo Timer $50.00. Includes ALL wiring,,,always worked great for me. Please don't ask for wiring instructions,,,thats over for me. 11/ Apexi "A" Pillar 60mm Gauge Holder. Brand New,,,Never Used,,,comes with mounting kit. 12/ Floor Mats $40.00. Non Genuine 5 mats. Not the greatest,,,but if you have nothing,,,these are better. Thats enough for tonight,,,. Cheers Neil.

Ha Ha that was a bit funny,,,cause I'm a mod in here I can edit my posts so I thought I would just keep going with that post. Won't do that again. Yes doors are in our bedroom and I have stuff everywhere,,,including the radicals trailer. Ryan actually I need to talk to you about removing all the rear hycas stuff and what you did mate. pm me your mobile please as I have lost it. I have bought a rear lock out bar,,,but I need to get rid of the control unit,,all it's wiring but not lose my power steering. I beleive I can do it by keeping power to one of the wires to the front rack,,,effectively keeping the valve open but just need to know which one just to make sure. Last Saturday we took a little trip to that great supplier called Just Jap:- Address: 101-103 Bath Road Kirrawee NSW Australia 2232 Phone: (02) 95450532 (6 Lines) Fax: (02) 95421684 Free Plug boys!!!,,,. Bought some cool goodies:- Cheers Neil.

Wish I had the space for one of those,,,you bastard. Nobody has posted the most obvious tool,,,the not so humble floor jack. What do you do,,,buy a mega heavy,,,long lasting steel one and drag the bastard of a thing everywhere or buy like I did the Chinese aluminium light-weight crap. I went for the 2 piston/chamber what ever you call it one. It's okay but a very un-trust worthy thing. Or drop your wallet and buy the high quality yanky light-weight one for well over a grand. Cheers Neil.

I'd be very interested in how it goes mate,,,. It would ruin my party trick though,,,lighting my cig off the turbo. Cheers Neil.

Hard day in the office today. I've bought a carbon fibre boot lid,,,so we had to remove the spoiler from the lid,,,sounds easy,,, NOT. While the spoiler has 4 nuts holding it on ,,,the 3 clips either side turned out to be bloody hard to remove. Job done eventually with nothing broken. The gas struts while they were a lttle hard to remove from the boot lid were almost impossible to remove at the hinges,,,but Duncan removed them in the end. Nice work champion. We removed my beaver panel trim,,,the normal painted Series 2 one,,,my car has the factory illuminated one of which the "E" doesn't work,,,so it's off with Duncan to see if he can fix it,,,I had a go years ago and gave up. Hope it can fix it. R33's are much harder to strip then our usual staple diet of R32's. Luxury plus in my girl,,,tons of floor and heat insulation which will take a ton of dry ice. I finally remove the carpet at 5.30 this arvo. The dash came out easily,,,but the wiring was very hard. Lots of peeps over the years have added stuff,,,mine included,,, so Duncan had to wade through it all. We had to remove all the cruise control,,,,my Shift light,,,some strange box with some crazy wiring and tons more. In the end Cheryl still starts and I moved her into the garage which was the plan. Tons more happened today,,,doors removed and now reside in our bedroom. Cheers Neil.

Plumbed Fire Extinguisher Kit Mechanical
Neil replied to gtr fan's topic in Motorsport Discussion & Builds
No way are you going to buy a "reasonably" priced mechanical plumbed priced one in Aust mate. I have one in my Radical which I would like checked out,,,but even that is pricey. Very few companys are qualified to re-change them here as well. This revolutions kit is what I have,,,just a different brand but pricing is very reflective of the shit they have to go through. http://www.revolutionracegear.com.au/index...rimary&CDO= OH & S and the need for safety data sheets almost prohibit freighting them within this country let alone from overseas,,,which is quite funny because no-one bitches about them installed with the purchase of a car. My car came into the country with nothing said. Ben's absolutely correct with regard to rallying,,,but if circuit racing is your game,,,head for the nearest marshall,,,rally's little 2 x 1 kilo things are basically only good for maybe getting the two humans safe. They have little to no chance of saving the car in a big one. Cheers Neil. -
Ben,,,you talking about welding type vice grips with the two flts sides,,,thats a great idea,,,never thought of that. Usually I would just use an old pad and squeeze the pistons back using a big screwdriver or something similar. But I think Brian is as usual up to no good. He's after this... or Cheers Neil.

Sometimes I do the stupidest things. Last night I thought I would start removing the air con stuff out from under the bonnet,,,now while I thought I had removed all the gas I was very mistaken. I removed the top dryer bolt and I thought it was stuck so I pulled on it,,,dump bastard,,,pag oil and gas went everywhere and I mean everywhere,,,coating my bloody head,,,the bonnet,,,dripping off the garage roof,,, the floor and the engine bay. I laughted at my self for ages. Took a very lengthy shower before I stopped smelling like shit. Cheers Neil.

Brian,,,I searched some years ago and found nothing. Thinking you may have to just make your own mate. I was always going to make one out of used pads and some tube but I never got around to it. I got my Hare and Forbes annual 3 day sale catalogue in the mail yesterday,,,if anybody wants tools and stuff check them out. Runs Thursday 11th till Saturday 13th of November till 4.00pm on the saturday. https://www.machineryhouse.com.au/index.php Cheers Neil.
