  1. mine reaches around 9psi, stock boost solenoid, exhaust and pod. r33 have u got turbo back? or cat back. that may be the difference. also, highflow cats etc.
  2. fark !!!! that's crazy. edit that warning into ur first post. so what exactly got burnt in the end? steering column plastic surround and wiring in there?
  3. looks good man. what size wheels are they? 17", 18"?
  4. add reply >> hit enter once >>and i end up here, hit enter twice >>and i end up here. seems to work fine, but just noticed the date of original post, so duh, prob fixed the issue.
  5. i've got 265/18's. it's true they dont look that wide on the car, but they look huge off it.
  6. what do you mean maybe ????
  7. just push down on the weight (the big U shaped chunk at the top), or up, depending on which way the needle needs to move. you'll see the needle move. you'll have to move the needle much further than u want it and then it will settle back into its new spot. keep doing that till u have it on zero. u can always go back the other way if u go too far.
  8. hold on, i just thought of something. if you can get a stiff wire or coat hanger or something into that hole where the wiring is you might be able to move the weight with it. IF there's nothing blocking the path. try that first.
  9. Na, it's no trouble. Have done it several times now. Got pics for you here with some explanations. If you can find another way, or other advice, try it. Coz you will damage the bezel getting it off, but try keep the damage to the back so you dont see it. Ignore the duct tape in the first pic, that's just to hold it in it's cup tightly, not a result from taking it apart, lol.
  10. fck it, you know what, i'm gonna go pull mine apart and take pics to show u what i mean. since taking it off the first time, it's not so hard anymore
  11. is there anyway you can take the glass/rim off the front? that's how i did mine. taking those bolts out wont help, not on mine anyway. i bent the bezel lip slightly and slipped the rim off. then undo that bolt around the nipple(where the hose goes), and the face comes out in one piece. I didnt really care if i broke it or not, coz it was a spare, but it works now. keep in mind, that's how mine opened/worked. i'm not familiar with yours, i'm just assuming that they all work the same.
  12. you mean as in actual keys? like the nismo type?
  13. damn you taso. if i fry my turbo from overboosting, i'll blame you
  14. I'm up for a keyring. Who wouldnt want an SAU keyring ??? also, how about making stickers available to forum members ?
  15. is that drivers seat in the centre? or left hand? pfffft, ugly at half the price.
  16. i have a spare mech boost guage (splitfire) that was reading -10 when disconnected. i pulled it apart, not easy as it was not meant to be opened, and there's a weight on a coiled spring that moves thru pressure entering the nipple. if you can get it open, move that weight around slightly with ur finger, and you will see the needle sitting at different spots. once u get it to zero, it should be good to go.
  17. and another link. covers alot of models, in good detail. http://english.auto.vl.ru/catalog/nissan/skyline/
  18. handed to you on a platter. now that's what i call service
  19. lol, how ghey
  20. i reckon black, but gloss.
  21. yeah the weather will do that. just like how it rains everytime u wash ur car. yesterday i came out to find a huge branch on my bonnet. no damage, except a little chest pain.
