I used to operate a bodykit business a few years ago, operating through my bro's performance garage. I hooked up with a few investors met a few people in the business and made contact with some suppliers in japan and china. Made copies in Dubai or china and imported them over and sold them at a higher price under the name of Xstream Aerokits, done so for 2 years until the market died out. And also invested 5k of what i had when i was 12 to buy a house with my sister which sold last year for several times the purchased amount. And easily tripled my money, plus the percentage of income i got from the rent. Aswell as a steady full time job. Thats where the majority of my money came from..and yes it has done me well. is that legit enough for you??

This thread is Hilarious.. So because i'm 20 years old and have a Car with leather interior and chromies makes me a drug dealer? Heck i got a R32 gtr aswell.. that must make me a drug son of rajab! I admit i personally built my car for such things as Autosalon.. but i also have an 11 sec gunmetal r32 that has no signs of a bodykit, no chrome, and no leather... I guess i'm not much of a poser after all. Everybody is entitled to their own opinions, but i find it unnecessary to bag a person for what they like.

It just bolts up with either 10mm bolts or screws.

I reckon just get the outer lip painted black and it'll look hawt. My bro has a set of those in 18" painted gloss black on his 34, and i reckon they look awesome.

Here's mine with a drift wing. Makes the car look lower and fater, but i got a aftermarket rear bar so it looks a bit different than a normal GTR.

I guess i also fit this description. R34TRK.. at the end of the day mate its your car and you do it to your own tastes not others.

You can buy the whole Trial rear bar, which is the same as pictured from most bodykit suppliers.

You just use the rails that come with the seats and bolt them in. Direct swap.

I reckon you could easily get away with it, as only 1 inch difference would be hard to spot by the authorities. My R33 has been running around on 19x10's and 20's for around 2 years, and yet to have a problem with the coppers..but i guess as with most things these days its the risk you take..

No way you will find a good set for $300, nowadays they go in the vicinity of $600 a pair or more for good quality ones.

I actually tried this awhile back, and it seems that gtr seat material isn't really consistent in colour due to rapid fading etc. There actually isn't a colour that i could find that is the same. were many similar but not the same. So i had to retrim in another material/colour. Also its quite expensive to retrim the seat itself about $300 labour alone excluding materials as the gtr seats are quite complex in design. And also because the seats material is all one piece, you will also need to replace the suede aswell, and if you go genuine suede its quite costly. Costed me about $700-$800 a seat for leather/suede seat retrim.

Why not just go 18's all round? or 19's all round. Would probably be cheaper aswell. Most ppl only do the 'smaller at the back, bigger at the front' So they can lower the car heaps and still be able to turn the front wheels yet fill out the guards. But ive yet to see anyone do it with 18's as its too small to fill out the guards to the extent of rubbing.

Go the Blue.. Bayside blue isn't hard to match at all.. Providing you buy it from the same paint shop/company and get the same person to repaint, shouldn't be a problem. Believe it or not, yellow is actually harder to match. I believe you would be looking around the 4-5k mark for a decent job (outside, jambs but no boot, or engine bay). But you could get cheaper from a backyarder if your not too fussed on finish. It will also be cheaper to paint the gtr front before it goes onto the car, as most of the time it is painted off the car, then assembled. Good luck with it all

DMD do have the Do-Luck GTR kit. Although very expensive. Here's one on my car. Aswell as a m-sports rear bar modified to fit GTR.
