Thanks to everyone for attending and having a good time... I ended up grouting tiles all night after the event finished and I have a fun day of more tiling tomorrow hence my late reply... But Ill try my best to upload my pics/video tomorrow everning before leaving town on a regional trip for the week... Lucky me... I need sleep now as some of you know I was in a car roll over in the early hours of this morning and only had 3 hours sleep before dyno day so as you can bet im very sore and very tired... Thanks again for coming along its you guys who made the day worth while and yes Im very happy with 400HP's. Josh and Shane were lucky enough to go for a ride in old yella, I demonstrated to both of them that RB25's are allright... I hope they respect the PWR, I am dreading the day Shane takes me for a spin in the GTR as im sure I will crap myself...

Awesome, see you all tomorrow. For all skylines may I suggest to enter the property via the first gate... As the main gate down to the workshop has a rough speed bump which may catch a front bar or two... So please use the unlocked gate 50 metres back from Godzillas driveway and then drive roudn the back of the shed... If you lost and dont know what to do, pull up and walk down and Ill direct you where to go if your too low... Also SAU Qld were not able to secure a BBQ in time for this event. So there will be no lunch served. There are the usuall fast food shops all within 5 minutes drive tho See you all round 10am Those who need to leave before the finish of the day please advise me so we can put your car up the que. Also please dont forget your cameras and video cameras so you can post it up after the day to show everyone how awesome it really was. I will most likelly be too musy to take photos or video this time, but ill try. Also Marks GTR has no gearbox in it atm, so it wont be running. However he has lined up 4-5 really hot customer cars which will blow your socks off. There is only one thing better than a 1000hp gtr, and thats 4 GTR's with more than 500hp each...

Yeah relay clicks are generally pretty quiet... The clicks that come from the starter when it is either jammed or not getting enough current is easily heard at a 10m distance.

"Field of Dreams" - Kevin Cosner What is an "event mod" ???? You can do it anywhere, do it yourself you dont need someone to do it for you. Grab a hold of the idea and do it, just do it. Put together the idea, make a date and time and post it in the events section. Link it to your signature and talk it up, simple as that. Just do it, no need for discussion unless you have questions on how to do it. Like I said more than happy to point out a thing or two and happy to talk about it either here, via pm or over the phone. Im more than happy to help you going in the right direction, but Im not going to orginise it. You need to grab the bull by the horns and rather than just suggesting to do something go out there and plan it, then implement it and then execute it.

I was trying to enjoy the company Golf day today, but I kept getting interupted but nasty phone calls and sms's...

I got some dvd's (World trade centre + Harold and Kumar) I got some BBQ stuff (like a meat tray and serving dish) I got a huge stainless esky on wheels (for our new bar in the alfresco area) Comes complete with bottle opener and liquior bottle storage tray bolted to the side Then I got a gas bottle powered 2.2m tall gas heater thing in stainless (like you see at the pubs and resturants) To top it off I got the keys to our new house at Warner (Finally finished it more than 12 months after it all started) Awesome, Ill take you up on that offer. You know I drink Corona... But before then Ill have you over the new house to help me test out the bar...

The "click click click" from the starter can also be because of a dead or low battery... If the battery is ok then Id be looking at voltage drop first before ripping out the starter... Easy way to test this is a directlly connect the starter via jumper leads to the battery and by pass the factory wiring. (sorta like hot wiring the starter, then trip the solinoid with a piece of wire to make it fire) Another possibility which is most common, you will find that the battery is not holding charge well and may have dropped a cell, how old is your battery??? The voltage may read 12volts when you check it with a multi meter before cranking, but what does that voltage drop to when you hit the key??? Its probablly dropping to lower than 9 volts which will cause the starter to just click... Low voltage = clicking noise... Try jump starting it to test this theory, but connect the car to another cr and let it just charge for 2-3 minutes before trying as if the battery has dropped a cell then you will not get a result straight away, also have the jumping car running during this waiting time...
