  1. I was there and enjoyed the day alot... I also got a few pics but nothing compaired to yours... My L series lens is being repaired ATM after it was damaged in Fiji so i was stuck with my 18mm F2.8 and ended up having lighting issues near the corperate area with lack of sun light through the trees... Then to top it off by the time the sun was bright enough i was too drunk to continue with the photos and had the Mrs take photos from lunch time on... Here are a hand full of my pics... http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...howtopic=122675

  4. Its funny how a post by an old timer brings out all the old timers... All we need now is slip or brity for a full house...
  5. Big Yeah "For smashed valves" Been there done that... What happened to you tho. Mine was a dead timing belt that let go at like 5000rpm in my old ca18det....
  6. How long does it take for you to hook it up?? I mean drop the wheels and bolt up the hubs... Do the car bounce slightlly when the cars come on power?
  7. Long time no see... How are you mate... Must catch up again some day soon... Where are you living now? R32's all over the place for 12-14k... Even bigger car yards have prime examples from 14k...
  8. Well as you know I installed my Z32 first thing in the morning before going on the dyno with Matt.... I did a thread in the DIY section on how to install the afm. But me being a northsider im happy to give you a hand or do it for ya if you need...
  9. What a fun day out... NEC was the major sponcer of the event and me being a major reseller of there products i got a couple of corperate tickets for yesterday. So we drove about 2 hours to get to the town of imbul and might i say it was quite a nice drive. Once there we parked and got a shuttle bus down to the event stages. Once arriving at the corperate box and discovering there was a jump right in front of us. The beer was chilling and the porta potties were close by. I took the mrs with me on this event and a couple of the boys from work. Then came along one of the rally car drivers to come up and bush sholders with the corperate folks. While this was happening i went for a little walk to check out the course and might i say it looked hard on the cars and drivers. Once i returned we had a roast lunch and a few more beers and a glass or two of red wine. Then out comes the course car and bang we are into the group A cars... I thought the other cars were fast, but i was wrong. The toyota Corolla team car hit the jump at about 120kph and landed 20 metres down the road and then the lancer and then the ford focus... WOW... Here are some of the better photos from the day. I had a ball and wish i got some hot laps. The WRX i was surposed to go in broke its front tail shaft and ended up being towed. But the rest of my group had heaps of fun. Pic enjoy.
  10. HEy Anthony thanks for the praise... Mate if your getting a pfc at the end of the month then dont bother with the SAFC, I mean the pfc will do everything you want and you will need to get it tuned anyways.

  18. Hey David Welcome to SAU You need to post all your for sale items in the "For sale" section of the forums... If you wish to post them in QLD for local pick up then use the QLD classifieds... Also you are required to read the rules of posting items for sale before posting... Just a tip you need to put prices on everything... Aslo it would help if you itemise all the parts to make it clear what your selling. Your post above is too involved to rear and most would just skip over it. I will move your post to the QLD classified section and you may choose to post in the main section also... Thanks Col
  19. Spotted R32 GTS-t with purple and white number plates. Outside the Redcliffe cop shop... Today at about 1pm
  20. I recomended Enoggera Smash before also if you want to travel a little further... Also check out this thread http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...l=panel+beaters
  21. You will find about a million to choose from at Geebung/Virginia which is like 10 minutes away from where you are. There are many panel beaters in there that have been astablished for 20-30 years so they are all respectiable in many ways.
