meh now im confused, everyone seems to say a different thing, people saying use bkr7e's on an rb, people saying not to, to use BCPR7ES 0.8 also had someone tell me to use the PFR range of NGK sparkplugs. engines an r32 spec turboed rb25de.

Hmm might give that a shot, taking the car back once I get the leak fixed, may swap out the plugs for some BCP's instead Anyone think the PFR plugs are worth the investment?

By Traders I meant the business traders, buying private is indeed a risk. But yeah get the car checked out.

try the traders on the forums, but you have slide nengun justjap to name a few I'd get a mechanic to check it first. My turbo blew just recently, you'd want to get the car looked at to make sure it is in fact the turbo. and not the engine as well.

Yeah I think those are the ones Skyline Performance suggested? Reasonable investment. Possibly stop the car breaking down?

Well I'm probably out now, taking the car back to troubleshoot an oil return line leak.

Havent taken it to ESP yet, will talk to them tomorrow, taking the car back to Skyline Performance to fix a slow oil leak first. Car also broke down on mild throttle when I took the car for a quick drive yesterday. Was breaking down on anything more than 4-5psi when esp were first tuning it. after the put in new bkr7e's it only did it once on the dyno. Was advised by someone else putting in better sparkplugs wouldn't hurt?

Anyone experienced any issues with running BKR7Es on cars doing over 250kw?

Frankly I wouldn't know, I have the software to monitor the ecu, but I havent had the chance to use it. edit: I'll have a look tomorrow to see what I can around the injectors, thx for the tip. Will see if I can do some datalogging of the ecu on friday as well. thx

My engine may of eaten some small turbo bits, compression test came back regular no cylinder vastly different to the other., some small metal flakes were found around the intake and around the IM. Intercooler piping etc was all cleaned out. What do you mean by are the injectors sealed? Wasn't doing this for the few mins I had the car idling after the turbo blew.That was with the old injectors thx

Just had some work done on my car after the turbo went. Had it done at skyline performance. Have to say very good customer service, attention to detail, and information. Very happy with the work, and would recommend to anyone else looking at getting some mods done. Still sorting out some small niggling issues, but very happy their work.

Those who have the v44 whats your idle like? Now I have the injectors and hks turbo on, the idle seems to hunt a lot, where before it was almost flat as a tack? Is it worth doing some data logging?

From what I remember it was set to 12psi, not sure if it's still at that.
