i normally change gears twice per lap - lol in 4th down front strait - go around 1 and 2 in 4th then jump into 3rd before turn 3 - then go through the 2 S's and around the last corner in 3rd and then into forth on the front stait again... use to experiment with 2nd but yeah 3rd always seemed faster... probably due to crap tyres and turbo pulls quite well in 3rd so yeah PS goodluck in Japan and remember: HAVE FUN!! (that is after all what its all about!)

totally agree!!! and i only have a rb20!! i stopped using 2nd cos 3rd just always ended up being the faster way... (2wd obviously)
