Thanks for these was thinking of PIARC but off to SAU Karts. There is also PI with AROCA but I'm out of town as I scheduled a Thai holiday to be back for cancelled WRX event Tampered, will consider this as it's just been raised, even if Winton was the last event Maybe I need inspiration and use this time to plan something different, drive try Tasmania, Sydney MSP, Bathurst Regularity etc

Post Winton blues, 3 months without a drive, no Vic round, no DECA, going stir crazy any ideas?

How do you enter?

I use Club Racers on my road registered car, they work from cold and they hold up for a full sprint session, readily available for my calipers - good enough for me. I wasn't experienced enough when using other pads to advise whether bite/modulation etc is better with these.

hopefully not, a) I like PI b) it's one of the few events that has 95db days when the race cars can come & play :-)

? about that, Lewis is fast a racer and done ok against team mates. I know there is more to the story than this simple summary but he had Fernando calling foul at Mclaren

Believe the only person who doesn't believe Lewis is being a dick is Lewis. Totally concur re Lauda but that is the benifit of age, experience :-) Lewis ungracious attitude doesn't reflect well on Mercedes so they will need to stamp it out. Doesn't stop me wanting the fastest racer winning though :-)

So i watch and shake head. Nico jumping around celbrating(not after stunning lap) after causing a yellow, Lewis sulking. But I watch F1 for driving entertainment, not finishing school etiquette. Thank god Mercedes pair are racing - this is entertaining. I know who I want to win tonight, the driver, not a professor (Prost like accumulator) :-)

How precise do you need to be, I noticed on the facebook page there are pictures of Skyline GTRs in addition to a GTR. By the way, Porsche were at Winton Saturday, they seem to have 911 GT3s, 911 Turbos, 911s, Caymans, Boxsters, heck there was even a Merc sitting happily in their club. I must admit I'm one of the ones who dilute club Nissan Skyline, I have a Nissan Silvia. I originally joined Nissan Datsun but found them to be mainly in to rallies and their track day was disorganised. A mate from WRX club mentioned they ran with SAUVic who seem to be well run and friendly. I was a bit unsure how I'd be treated by a skylines group, I was pleasantly surprised to find out how welcoming everyone was and how much people knew about other Nissans like mine, suppose we're all a collection of parts from FAST. Long may this continue.

I've stocked up on Jerry cans so it's a non stop drive up in the morning for me, so I'll try and get there pretty early so I can reserve a few more together, pretty hard for one person to reserve 5-6 bays.

just noticed WRX are running emergency entries? Basically if 20 spaces allocated to a group don't get filled, then the emergency entries get to sip in prior to "the off" to fill the 20 car allocation for that session. Getting better by the minute.

Mount after scrutineering :-) Otherwise depends, I have camera tethers I can loop round objects but I mount on the front bar and harness bar(with extension for extra height), sometimes behind the rear view mirror via those 3m gopro mounts.
