  3. bitch (haha how many people understand what caturday is, not enough thats how many)
  4. oo short notice :X will find out tommorrow if i can make it and post up. If i can make it i'll drive my mums Rodeo so can give 4 other people a lift out there if necessary.
  5. I have the HKS Silent Hi-Power, it is not silent. Hate to think what the non-silent model sounds like. Has a nice rumble and sounds amazing at high revs but would be around the 100-110dB mark for sure
  6. your british and your name is nigel... nice... offtopic, but had to be said goodluck with finding an answer though
  7. Haha didn't take the extra windows into account, makes sense Forgot to mention that im just after sides and rear (including quarters) in 35% tint As for haggling prices, i never mentioned anything relating to this :X All i was asking for was personal reviews on different local businesses in regards to prices and quality of work so i could make a decision on where i should head.
  8. I'd say do it yourself and spend the money on something else. All you need to do is take it off, pull the 4 or 5 pieces apart and clean them with carby cleaner. Not difficult to do at all, just follow the directions in the tutorial posted on the site and you should be fine.
  9. if you need the stock 33 exhaust you can borrow mine, might be a bit dusty though
  10. :X $350 seems like a bit much, have been told that anything over $280 is too much to pay as even with parts and labour it shouldnt add up to that, so an extra $70, do you get a bit of a cuddle afterwards
  11. 2) Its the factory setting for R33's. Theres a tutorial somewhere on how to make the low beams stay on when high beams are switched on but otherwise it is completly normal
  12. Think i've heard Mac's in Quenbeyan mentioned before for window tinting, any idea on the prices? Remember hearing a story on the forums about Neugel doing the dodge on someones bonnet and leaving scuff marks, anyone else have good things to say about neugel? Hopefully it was just a one off
  13. Well pretty much what the title says, have a few bits and pieces that need fitting and painting and was wondering what Canberra or surrounding area (Yass, Queanbeyan etc) businesses you have dealt with and which you would recommend based on quality and pricing. Also looking for some Window Tinting aswell, who would you recommend. If possible could you give a rough estimate on prices aswell, looking at: Window tinting in 35% black (Door windows, quarters and rear) Front lip fitted and painted in white Side skirts fitted and painted in white Rear pods fitted and painted in white Spoiler wing blade and end caps painted in black and also some touch up paint on bonnet and rear wing to fix some stone chips and marks Cheers for any help
  14. Yep horns, need to relocated. A lot of people are lazy though and leave them off Seriously, search for the guide and any question you could possibly think of has already been asked and answered.
  15. search the tutorial forum section, theres a guide for the ARC kit (the one that pipes into stock positions, pipe pulls a 180 on the cold side and loops back underneath) and also one for the Hybrid (similar to Just Jap kit) so just search around. From memory though the Just Jap ones require trimming of the fan blades, cutting under washer bottle and trimming of the front reo bar.
  16. Asked for many times. I know URAS offers a kit (http://www.uras.com.au/yosonchi.html) but it is fairly expensive. Most shops should be able to do it if you supply all the body parts (bonnet, front fenders, lights, front bumper etc). Heres some pics of a guy in A.C.T who had it done, cost 11,000 (without all the other bodywork and paint, just for the front end conversion) Some more pics of others http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...st&id=88901 Would definitely do this if i had the money but dont try and be stingey on it, search for a thread by Adz(numbers) who bought a cheapo kit and got ripped off, paid close to 2 grand and they ran off with his money.
