ay! Thats what I thought, Def going the Flex setup aswell.. I will have to do abit of research on these and maybe speak to some guys in the US JDM scene in regards to Brian crower. This is one thing I want to get right as it will be my last build before I wrap her up, Exterior, underbody, Interior cabin. will be done along with it.. so it will be a 2 yr project
-
Nice one! thanks may give them a call and start quizzing them!

The high rev myth? Spoke to many who say the same thing, along the lines off > the 30's don't need to be revved as high as these, And yes you could rev it higher but it doesnt like it as much as the rb26/27/28.. & Wont last as long.. But this is only what I have been told by many people that seem to know what they are on about.. I just look and Nod Im still learning here
-
yeh but when you actually place your order you have to specify what your ordering it for a RB25 or RB26 im guessing its because there are differences somewhere. dun know I am really going to do serious homework here.. this could be something good

http://www.rawbrokerage.com/brian-crower-2-9l-stroker-kit-rb25det-rb26dett/ Brand = Brian Crower which I have never heard of myself but I guess he has a name in the USA JDM scene.. Just want to here your thoughts and anyone know anyone with this setup, that price is $US so it will be a little more plus taxes getting it shipped over. Im just thinking these may work incredibly with the -5 turbines and a well thought out setup! Give it even more low down torque than the 2738cc aka 2.8L

I wonder how the carbon will look painted on my car, i have nothing thats carbon and my car is that light silver colour... and if my number plate will have to be bent or cut even more when shroud is on

All I would take is the rear and this does not need any read pods as it drops low enough at the arch, Ok Before you see the link, Try to picture in your head what I have. Exterior look, Little low but not too low, just perfect, Has got some solid Stance at 18x10 x 4 Silver Lenso Dr1 Dished, Slight Camber no guard work what so ever (No scrubbing either) lol To the body - 1994 Stock Silver BNR32 - Nismo Copy 1 peice skirtz, Stock Bumper & Lip, Gunnador Mirrors, dark window tint (Not too dark, but may go darker), Clear D.speed indicators, Rear Lights - Custom made looks totally stock but internally replaced with LEDs and blinker is clear with yellow bulb & finally No wing/spoiler as I like the dropped sleek low rider look without going stupid . I can go over speed humps straight by the way. But I just love the fat low muscle stance look from the rear with abit of class in there .. I love SPEED without looking like the typical race car (Eg; Wing) My question is what do you think about this rear bumper from Veilside CI - please look at all angles off it http://www.harlow-jap-autos.co.uk/RKT04SGTR.html Really try to picture it with silver and the above stuff I have, I really wish I can see it before I decide but honestly think it will look good, but this is only an image in my head. Its roughly a 900 peice + delivery + Paint & fitment, so all round $1400 job give or take, which is the reason I want to ask for some opinions.

The Hunt For The Nismo R32 Gtr Rear Pods
GTRAAH replied to GTRAAH's topic in Exterior & Interior Styling
No these are not it... These are just the mud flaps... I already have these on the car they come standard -
These seem to be impossible to find, I dont care if they are a copy I just want them. They look so simple, I don't understand why no one has copied them by now. So far I have asked Peter@ Bodyform, JSAI, Just JAP. I only got a response from Peter saying he doesnt have any and would not know where to get them they are extremely hard to find. Please let me know if anybody has a clue where to find these Rgds Andrew

Would anyone be able to find a better side shot of this Preferably with the N1 skirts... WIth or without wing is fine. So Far I have emailed - Peter @ Bodyform Aero - Replied cannot get and says they are extremely hard to find. JSAI @ JS Imports Daniel @ Just Jap Waiting on replies... And now I have asked in this forum, these have got to be out there somewhere I have been contemplating what rear pods to get and I am so confused sometimes I like the look of the Trust pods and then sometimes I don't, I guess the biggest part of it is the way they are fitted. I am very particular about these things
-
Yes that it, I even found another example, Notice in your picture how it comes up short? I wonder if that is just bad fitment, Look at this one it looks like a better fit http://www.flickr.com/photos/21305018@N02/5567819060/lightbox/

I know this is an old thread but where can I find these nismo rear pods even copies, I am shocked No one does them but does type M, Trust, etc... By the way Am I seeing this right? I am not talking about the side skirts I am talking about the bit on the rear behind the wheel , i cannot see it that clear but it looks like a little extra bit that gives it lower definition.

No cant be bothered with the trickle charger, I don't drive the car everyday only on weekends and sometimes I skip a weekend even just depends and I usually have it under a car port + storm cover over it + a tarp over the lot ,I'd rather just switch the terminal off, don't want to run power cord out side. I just want to know what a strong small battery like my dimensions above and also has a slow discharge .. how is Braille, i heard they are are smallest for the strength they are?
-
empty?? that cant be right I thought they have steel wool inside... the way my setup goes >>> I have air to oil separator ontop of the head and the leads going into the oil catch can.. Now this setup i bought off hioctane and its the one that sits in front off battery.. Problem is i want a more powerful battery that can hold a charge with out going to much bigger the one I wanted was the yellow top d34 750 cca but it wont fit because of the catch can.. I spoke to kyle@ hioctane and he said why dont I go braille they are smaller and can pack a punch, my question now is can they hold a good long charge, what do you think of these batteries? Example can I leave the car off for 2 weeks for example and the car will start up without an issue? Not like I am going to do it but I'm just giving you an example of what kind of battery I want... I most likely will be starting it every week. I want the most powerfull battery that is this size or smaller >>234mm Length 200mm Height 135mm width I will get one of those terminal switches which you rotate and it cuts out the current to the battery so its like the battery has been unplugged this is If I don't turn it on for longer than a week

Just wondering about these things are all basically the same inside and do brand names really matter in this case?

SO I found what I have been eyeing out for years but its never been that important that I actually made the move and the pricing wasn't something that makes you jump for the grab or even research the parts, but anyway I thought I better get it soon incase the day comes that I really want to get it , & >> Discontinued. Anywayys......... The parts are for> the outer door window weather seals and Outer bottom window runner, and maybe the inner soft rubber weather window seal I have the Grid numbers which is usually part-off the Full Part Number minus some extra digits which I wouldn't mind having if somebody knows them , anyhow hope this all makes sense and I am able to get closure on it. > The part which is least important but thought might aswell get it > (Inner window soft rubber which the door/window seals itself on. PART Number as of JustJAP is 76860/76861 LH/RH "APPARENTLY" https://www.justjap.com/store/product.phpproductid=21042&cat=332&page=8 This is the bit which has confused me these are >(supposed to be the inner/outer door window weather seals Plastic & Softrubber http://www.japanparts.com/images/ImageFromDB.php?base=1&no=35086 Ignore the highlighted codes Not relevant to my point here. (CONFUSION> (wheres the part numbers from just jap?) Which one is incorrect? JustJap Or JapanParts http://www.japanparts.com/images/ImageFromDB.php?base=1&no=25503 --- Parts 80820/80821 -(Outer window bottom runner) Ignore the highlighted code Not relevant. Anyway is this atleast something Correct? I think this is the only part that I am sure about.. Could you confirm this please? So eventually I want to get all of these above... There is just something that does not make sense, Notice in point 2. can someone advise which is which 76812/76813 OR 78859/78860 inner or outer... and If that is so... then whats the Just jap parts 76860/76861? These part numbers are from just jap site and actually have the real pictures with it. From those pictures it definitely looks like the inner soft rubber bit which is apparently 76812/76813 OR 78859/78860? From the japanparts site or am i missing something here. As per the Japanparts the 78859/78860 is the more expensive seal out of the 2 if that helps which I doubt in Nissan world. SOOO Is someone able to clear this up for me Please? If your able to give me the full part numbers this will also be a bonus otherwise I will get them elsewhere. Thanks

Door_Window Seals & Outer Bottom Window Runner Part Numbers R32 Gtr
GTRAAH replied to GTRAAH's topic in General Maintenance
DELETE THREAD... ALL GOOD -
Not the rubber on the inside of the widow seal which kind of stops the water from getting in, I know the part numbers for this Prt # is 76860 & 76861 What I need is all on the outside --- Such as the outer bottom frame window runner thing which sits at the bottom of the window on the outside of the door kind of keeps the window in position as well (Sort of). And there is also this other hard plastic bit that's on the outside around the top of the window.. NOT THE SHINY bit... The matt black looking thing. Its a thin strip... Abit old and cracking from the sun.. I am afraid if I try to explain it to nissan spares they wont know what I am talking about or they think they do and they end up ordering me the wrong part number, and i cant remember which nissan spares does imports even. If someone knows the part numbers or can direct me toward that direction would be great.. I did a search and I cannot find any recent posts about this.

Paul, I have done already! Control arms are practically levelled out now , I had to raise it Because I have 18s X10 running But the car looks nice height still, its an illusion but because of the larger rims. Looks perfect!! Anyways...ppl I just thought its better for your car not to twist in places it shouldn't thats pretty much why i asked.. Its more for pretecting the chassis, every little bit helps id think... Its not like im going to spend thousands, its not expensive and even if $100 is going to do a tiny bit off difference I might aswell.. Afterall isn't it better for your chassis not to twist, even slightly ? So years in bit of twisting here and there couldn't be that good for the chassis.

I guess its preference why some ppl have them and some dont. Must do something positive the the N1 come stock with them .... http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/ULTRA-RACING-1-PIECE-STEEL-REAR-STRUT-TOWER-BAR-BRACE-89-91-NISSAN-SKYLINE-R32-/160983771496?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item257b616968&_uhb=1 Heres an explanation I found easy to understand if you scroll down before/after Its not much but for track enthusiasts will help.. I would like to hear if people have really felt any difference with them in or out

^^^ LOL I seriously recon if it doesn't brake then anything will do, its only to make it rigid.. I mean i read about what it does and seems like anything that will hold , will do the job What do you think about this one? http://justjap.com/store/product.php?productid=16630&cat=394&page=1 I like the look matched the colours and this shoulld be a perfect fit... And to top it off Awesome cheap for a brand new product

Hi guys, I been doing some research and I figured that i should get a front brace, My car power and what its sitting on in breif--- Power (Conservative_330awkw) Slight camber 18x10 On 265 tyres .. But before i make my move, I just want to ask is there a real difference in $60-$100 (steel or Alloy) compare to $100-200 (steel or alloy) I am thinking to myself what can a 200 brace do that a 70 brace cant.. i think this is just one of those things that cost more because of the brand ONLY.. Whats your thoughtss???.. I dont really have a clue about these type of things
