this is part of an email from brad who has organised track days through ahg before and has offered to organise it for us . at this stage he has quoted 75 per person if we get 16 or the price will go up depending on how many we get. cost will be $1200 regardless of the amount of people I suggest for the first day to get used to the car, and track, single skid pan is the way to go. You will have 2 qualifed, friendly instructors who will teach you how to drive using techniques with steering, braking and vision etc. I will supply drinks on the day (covered in the costs) for all participants and friends involved in the Stagea day. Late February at the moment is looking ok for bookings. The event is for half a day so either morning or afternoon. is late feb ok? no solid dates yet and im looking into the double skid pan?

did that to my s1 and it fixed the slipping for a few months but the damage had been done. and i needed some major repairs later

nice 1 brycey. i reckon you have got a few people interested in the conversion now. what u gona do bout that number plate blocking all your cold air to ya fmic? i trimmed my plate down to fit in the bars recess for plates. not shure if its illegal but it looks the goods and being a yellow plate will blend in good. i kept the state name and trimmed off the black border

spotted a silver s1 in carpark at cannington opposite stuper cheap

i have an oil presure gauge ,not yet fitted but i know u need an extra part. its a coupling between the oil filter and where it screws up to the plate and it allows the oil pressure sender to be srewed in. not shure where to get this part yet

didnt get mine working as they changed the globe housing from d2r to h1 or h2? so im just gona buy new globes and leads to suit.

hey brad u can get ballasts, leads and globes to suit any light type for around $150 on ebay so unless the headlight enclosure are shaped different go the cheaper 1.

emanage ultimate is the ecu i was looking at, i know it has been instaled in a series 1 and can be installed in an s2. ask for mark at cred as he has recently been at some training over east on the emanage units. seems like a good option to me and i hear it can change shift points on your auto.not shure if mark can get that bit to work unless u want to be the guinea pig and i can go after u. halltec is another option but i have not looked into it to much. will post when i get more info

my s1 had a factory allarm fitted but i had to get an australian approved one fitted. you may have a factory fitted allarm. i had a nissan sticker on the boot window but any alarm can be fitted to overide factory and work as the primary allarm, and central locking. hope u find your key. ps if u find it a copy cost 10 bucks
