what do you want to use the car for? daily,drift,drag? you should be able to pick a 33 for $10k and have $10k left for mods or you could probably get a 34 for about 20k - check the classifieds section.

i always wanted a 300 until i found out how hard they are to work on. ie little things to do on the 180/32 could be major work on the 300. check out aus300zx.com. i had a 180 and while it was good they are tiny inside, backseat is a joke. the 32 is much roomier. the 180/s13 has a very boring bland plastic tacky dash as well. Also they are 4stud stock limiting wheel choice unless you go 5stud which is like 1k. Sr20 mods are cheap tho. but going to my 33 after the 180 i would ever go back. Really the best thing to do is drive them all. cheers rich

Thanks Ash, You make some very valid points with the i5 over i7 - something for me to consider. I guess the main reason i was going i7 was longer life of the system and the chance i could get hooked on gaming again, but your right if i dont the i7 will be under used/wasted. ill keep pondering for a week or two and let you guys know how i go. cheers rich

Thanks for the reply, Atm i have nothing - moniter keyboard tower etc. Just bought my first house and need an allrounder for the net, ms office, gamer, porn lol etc oh and possible voip as i dont have a home phone and cant get optus fusion in my area - good all round plans those. i figured i may aswell go an i7 as like you say it will last a couple of years and would be a good base for futuer upgrades. Not overly fussed on monitors, keyboards and mice so cheapies will do - well a decent 21-24in monitor but there only 2-300bucks. ive got my pricing mainly from msy/fluidtech etc. i7 920 $350 gigabyte x58ud 3/5/7 - not sure what i really need $450 for a 7 6gb 1333mhz $215ish - not sure on brands - does it matter 5770 cpu - $200 - again not sure on brand - should play most current/future games ok? 1tb hdd - $100-150 antec 902 $170 - probably overkill? corsair tx650 $160 dvdrw $80 There the rough prices of the top of my head, not sure if im missing anything. still need to tweak it abit as that 1500 there already not the 7 board without monitor an i would prefer to kepp it under 1500 total cheers rich

Hey guys I need a PC and over the past week or two ive been costing parts for an all round machine that will hope full last a couple of yrs - an i7 920, x58 ud5(not sure), 6gb ram, 5770, 1tbhdd, dvdrw etc about 1200-1500 depending on keyborad, mouse, screen, speakers etc. Now the question is will the new i9's have a major impact on the i7 prices? Also i understand the will be 1366 socket so mobo's pricing proabbaly wont decrease. So basically should i wait for the i9 to come out or just buy now? Also any idea when the i9 is coming, i read somewhere April/May? cheers rich

there are a few reviews pointing to a very linear storyline, hardly any side missions/open world exploration. not sure if i care or not should still be a wicked game.

I cant wait for FF13 - even waiting to buy a PS3 for it and versus. saving monies now. I wish we were getting the ps3 bundle they got in japan ive got 6,7,8,9,10,10-2,12 on PS2 and still and play them occasionally. i find the disc arguments for 360 retarded 7-9 were all 3 or 4 discs and you only changed discs like every 10hrs of game play anyway.
