  3. It has nothing to do with feelings for me.

  8. Deficit deads will help the power off the floor. Also speed deads. Deads against bands too and even heavy kettle bell swings. All these things are available at gyms that focus on powerlifting.
  9. Troy you noob. why are you on here.. Canberra GPC States comp is on right now.. you already missed seeing a 109kg man squat 385kg http://www.elitephysique.com.au/news/g-p-c-state-titles-powerlifting-canberra/
  10. My breakfast is 2 table spoons of fish oil
  11. Keep in mind that your arms are 2/3 tricep and 1/3 bicep.
  12. no worries mate, I can build you a 600hp motor. How much are you willing to spend?
  13. your physio/myo is in a better position to answer that. I'd be doing stretches for those areas anyway. foam roll, deep massage, stretch.
  14. Rev has mentioned these before: Cuban Press L-Lateral raises And I've mentioned this before: Buy a cage. At worst, get a pair of Squat stands.. Look on ebay.. they are quite cheap
  15. google Milos Sarcev giant sets. go do those for arms if your that way inclined. Rev is suggesting the you need to focus on your shoulder and scapula and rotator cuffs and doing work to stabilise and strengthen them. again, google rotator cuff exercises and there are plenty. don't need to list them as lifts you've done. do them as part of your warm up or on your days off.
  16. He was a dick and doesn't deserve to be in this thread.
  17. If you hit a pothole and damaged a rim, I could understand that council may be liable (stretch but still maybe). If you are driving along doing 60 and a grandma in a hybrid camry pulls out of her parking spot without looking and you jump on the brakes and do a little ABS skiddie and don't have an accident, but later you feel that the rear brakes are a bit weird, is it her fault? I can't see how someone you "almost" had an accident with could be liable for something on your car failing when used as intended. Just means that the now faulty part was not road worthy. If you give first gear a push and hit the limiter, then the next day you find an oil leak, are you calling up Nissan?
  18. your best outcome is that the guy giving your the finger gets disciplinary action. You've got nothing else coming your way
  19. lol... You braked hard to avoid an impact (as brakes are designed for) and now something is wrong and you think they should fix it? lol... You got no chance mate. sounds like your car was not road worthy if shit is broken from braking hard.
  20. yeah didn't want to whore your build thread but it looks stupid too. nice motor though.
  21. similar thing happen to me... had to brake hard a swerve. beeped, got the finger. took photo on the plates and note of location. reported it via email. got a call the next day. complained more and informed them I'll go to the media. Bitch got fired. suck shit kunt!
  22. have you had a go at the Bamboo bar Markos has there?
