  7. what was the point of that vid? some chick lifts 235 lbs (105kg) then drops it. a 26 year old 44.8kg girl deadlifted 135kg on the weekend. and lowered it too. didn't scream.

  14. On a serious note, injuries always make you feel like it's the end of the world/why do I f**king bother etc when they are new. in a couple of days time, with NSAIDs the pain will dull and it will be some what better. you'll start over and it'll be fine. Cheer up lightweight

  16. is it the front or back that is rubbing? if front, get 205/55/16 for the fronts. I've got R32 GTR wheels on my R32 GTST with 225s on the back and 205s on the front. no rubbing. or are you one of those stance knobs?

  22. That's not the point noob. Never do deadlifts again for all I care. The point of "wasting hundreds" isn't to gain the ability to do deadlifts. it's to fix your f**ked back. Not being able to do deadlifts just shows you have a problem. The solution to that problem isn't "not doing deadlifts" Maybe you're too young to get it. Let me see if I can explain it in Gen Y. y0 dawg.
