The old RTA issued yellow number plates where made with the first series of unleaded yellow (bright colours required high levels of lead) the exhaust fumes from cars over time faded the dodgy paint and this is why they are now rooted. It is the RTA who is to blame for that, they should issue new ones when they found the fault.

Polishing a rim for $30 a wheel? thats cheap. Ussually most wheels have a paint attached, this needs to be stripped. Most often than not most dished wheels also have a clear coat on the lip or dish (even though its metal colour) this also needs to be stripped. More often than not in NSW your looking at $80+ a rim. Then more for painting if you wish to paint certain bits. Chroming is quite expensive and I asked for my rocker covers, plenum, cooler pipes to be done I was quoted $750. Most chroming is done out of house at another company so this is why a higher price is charged. Turn around is about 2-3weeks from what I was told.

You need EFI hose, its got rope or somthing reinforcing it and its also fuel and oil resistant or somthing along the line.

Its been around for ages, they ussually dont pull you up on it unless your an asshole. Basically it comes down to hitting a ped, Just like an exposed front mount or using a vehicle wihtout a front bar. If you hit a ped instead of breaking their legs your going to chop them up into little bits. Thats why, only applicable if you have a wing with sharp edges, wing mounts which are high with sharp edges and so on. Why couldnt you pass with a front mount with stock return pipes? Thats legal.. however it needs to retain the stock reo bar which most often than not needs to be trimmed to fit the FMIC.. If you have had to drill holes etc then your screwed, you wont pass unless you weld up the hold or I guess rivet a covser on (not sure if that will pass) and then stick a smic on.

Ive also heard that there is no increase for a r34 NEO ENGINE but I doubt that can be correct, its obvious fact cars are made to beand quiet and prevent detonation with the stock exhaust for regular users. We all change this with big exhausts and so on, so I doubt this can be true. To make it quiet there has to be some restriction and cam gears are an obvious choice. I for some reason remember DAN666 coming up with this result, I also remember him trying to figure out why his car was not pushing to his target powermark i.e restricted. Ill give it a go with a cheepy JJR cam gear and she how she fairs, cant give no result, at least it will look hot lol

From what infomation I got the side skirts will fit, the wide body conversion I wanted to do only drops down to the side skirt and then you bolt on a gtr side skirt to match the wide body, perhaps that only works with fibreglass? I have no idea but thats what i was informed. Just buy east bear kit ferah, all the crap bolting on oem is too hard.

Is it ok just to enhance the cam gear for the exhaust half of the engine as its often the most restrictive? I dont want to bother mucking around installing a intake cam gear, Ive heard custom works need to be done most of the time to fit new gears?? I doing the timing belt before I wack on the turbos and shit so thought it would be worth while??
