get a lightweight racing rim.. that way best of both worlds. You'll be suprised how much a good set of 17/18" rims will make a difference in your handling.

Its got nothing to do about safety. Its all to do with the governemt wanting more $$ out of us. Imports have killed the local car market, and the governement arent making enough money off them, so they are cracking down so they can gain more revenue from us. As with the destrctuion of modifications, I beleive the reasoing behind this can be to make imports less 'appealing', .. maybe also because the cops in thier slow SS's cant catch us
