most people use the recommended 5w-20 castrol or 5w-20 amsoil, there's a pretty big discussion on oil for it but at the end of the day comes straight back to what FPV recommends http://www.castrol.com/castrol/sectiongenericarticle.do?categoryId=8002086&contentId=7069672 apparently some people are experimenting with slightly thicker stuff for tuned cars but majority just the edge 5w-20 just ordered a 20l drum from repco Ford charged me $450 last service so cbf with that lol probably just look over it and change oil anyway.

can't find the recommended castrol 5w-20 oil for my car anywhere.. have to order in a 20l drum (takes 8.5l), can't get oil filter made by ryco etc. either as they don't make them yet for this engine. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
