Why shouldnt he? He may learn from this mistake... He may not. A lot of people put there doing crimes more often then him and gettin there cars back. Was it incredibly stupid and wrong, YES! Will he learn, MAYBE. Only time will tell.

Considering you will be putting the car up for a while it would be a good idea to put the car on stands... If your jacking from the front, i have found the hook for towing the car does fine...

It would be worth doing if it has to be done. You dont have to do it but if you do you know it will last a lot longer then the current one. It isn't hard to do but if you have no idea how to do it get a mate that may know and if not then it would most likely be best to get a workshop to do it... You also have to watch for if you snap and bolt heads off the dump pipe, If you do you will probably wish you had of taken it to a workshop because there is a bit of ass farting around if you do manage to snap a bolt.

I dont see why people would. It isnt that good a gearbox. Manual would be the much better option.

An auto electrician should be able to do it for you but tell him what you want and let him decide if he will do it, you dont want someone doing a half ass job when he doesnt know what he is doing.

disconnect the battery terminal from the battery in the boot... Just take off the negative, pump brake pedal few times and have the healights on etc... then connect battery back up and your on your way.

best to do it with new oil... And if u got the cash use thick oil with nulon lifter treatment then once it goes away replace with your normal lighter oil
