Consider yourself lucky cos my friend had his FTO done there for a major service just like yuors without the waterpump and it came out to be 2 days and the same price... Anyway will keep it in mind when i need the belt changed.

I'm quite sure about 4 or so years ago when the S2K first came out one made an appearance at Sydney Autosalon with a turbo kit.

I live in Sydney in the North Shore. I have one car (non high risk) insured with suncorp under my name at a very decent price. When I called to get a quote for the GTR they quoted me $12K. So I said fine. I called up about 4 more times because I know insurance companies are inconsistent. But each time they came back with a high quote. I spoke to the manager on the day. He said the reason is because Sydney is a much higher risk area than other states (which is true) and cos the car is high risk. No one I know personally as of late has been able to get a decent quote from suncorp in Sydney < 25 years old.

Guys I did a few launches in the GTR last nite. I tried 6500 and it seemed oookay... nothing spectacular. I still felt it bogged a bit. Then 5000 it was very slow off the mark. I also found that with the 6500 launch the car got traction pretty quick and then I tapped out in 1st gear before I realised it and shifted to 2nd.... probably lost me half a second... My car is standard with exhaust and boost restrictor removed... when we talk about redline lauches are we talking 7000, 8000 or in between??? Also how much abuse can the clutch take before it dies??

Well the AFC only does one thing... control air/fuel. You can do all sorts of stuff with the e-manage like what the Apexi ITC does... or control larger injectors or change to map sensors.... more similar to a PowerFC... but in the end with all the modules added up its more worthwhile, more proven and theres a lot more tuners for the Power FC. I also considered this option too but its out the window now...

correct me if I'm wrong but aren't normal lights yellow halogen? As in the standard light that comes on R33 GTS-T's? Anyway it depends on the brightness, colour and brand. If you get Hella/Osram or Narva they are fine for ADR.
