I got a $185 parker fine for parking within 10m from an intersection. The council's got the 'No Stopping' Sign in every other directions except this corner So I'll be taking it to court on the basis of inconsistent road signs.

it fits but is a bit bigger and the bonnet needs a little gentle force to close. that's just for mine, it might be a better or worse fit for you.

still aint working, but yeah they look alright, not sure how bright they'd be since the light only outputs one direction I bought some other ones on eBay which are multi-directional do a search for "5 SMD LED" on eBay and you'll find them they're quite white and bright to my liking anyway

Inciting drag racing or tailgating should be illegal for all drivers out there The only hoons I see more prominent on the streets are police, especially undercover ones

It's not really important if the car is 'hoonish' but more so the driver, because on the day, it is the person who'll be representing him/herself in court, not the car. If the judge sees you as an upright citizen then the ruling will go more so in your favour. Dress smartly and be punctual, that's my advice.
