Awesome help there mate. Even though i have already done, it does interest me a lot to jnow about how and what otheres know and hae encountered. And Ben1981, my cradle was re-installed the exact same way as stock. The sock is on the same angle, there is no movement where i cable tied it all up, i wouldn't stress it eh.

I can totally relate, have given up going out on the town to save for a stall converter and shift kit. Everyone one tells me i am mad, but its soo addictive. I cant help it!!!

I did this to my sedan about 3/4 weeks ago, the pump is bit noiser than the standard one. I did a search about it on here and the noise is common. I got the stanley knife out and clipped a few bits outta the rubber mount, and am still getting the buzzing. I personally have no dramas with it at all, its not that big a deal. Be interested to know if the tank is different between the sedan and the coupe. Any body have any clues?

The o/d switch was located just to the right of the shifter. Relayed to the power - i didnt ask

Get your afc neo installed and tuned. If it isnt the tune, your tuner will find the drama.

Hmmm. Dont care about the stand, but what happened to the extension plug? I thought they all had to be hard wired in? Does it have a tune on it already, or are all values set to default? Cheers, Chris

Another thing u could do would be use a 3 speed shifter and wire up the o/d via missile switch or something. Then u could ratchet the 1st 3 gears, but the o/d we constantly on, therefore 3 to 4th occurs automatically. Which defeats the purpose of having stage 3 if it only does some of the gears. Had a look at a car this arvo with this set up and the owner assures me it works as its intented, an he said the o/d thing isnt that big of a drama at all.

Howdy doody boys and girls, I live Yokey's Knob, a northern beaches suburb of Cairns and I have a Pioneer 6.5 Inch Touchscreen Dvd player sitting in my heap that never gets used. Therefore it should belong to someone who will actually appreciate it. Model # AVH-P5750DVD, has remote, all the usual bits and pieces. Good condition, have used a bunch of male and female bullet connecters so the loom on the back end of it is in very good and i will throw in simple wiring diagram if u need one. Asking $800ono. I am open to negoitate, i am chasing an AFC Neo and Nismo FPR, we can talk the sphincter of the universe if you got something to offer. Looking at doing the same thing myself. Looked into it a bit, u will have to fit a 3 speed shifter and then wire up the o/d somewhere. U will be able to ratchet the first 3 gears, but have to play the o/d switch for forth. No 2 ways around this as far as i am aware.

I just did this myself sunday, its soo easy you cant get it wrong. I reused the filter sock from the GTST as it was a fair bit bigger than the filter sock that it came with (my 33 gtr pump was a 2nd hand one though), i just ripped it off the old pump and shoved it on the gtr unit. As for the noise, there is a little bit, but as someone said before, its only the pump itself, not something banging or rattling. And the sound it makes when the pump primes up (key turned to on, not cranked over) is bloody cool. Very rice boy like, but still cool.
