Duncan Don`t PANICK ,I would not do that DUDE REALLY ,Backing PLATE`S i would like to messs with,only small inlet to ROTOR`S ,so it`s either make only PLAY ,look at what i can do with stock backing plate`s, But I think they make a DIFFERENCE to BRAKING Or may be me not driven Bus for while , But Nice to get her BACK ON ROAD few more small bit`s to sort out , JUST happy to have finished main stuff & look at other stuff i need to finish off, Cheer`s Chuckie.

OK so another day & few more bit`s done, REAR shock`s fitted Nismo, made a Plate to raparound OIL & TRANS Filter`s out of Stainless Steel, Also run Breather pipe from rad overflow bottle AS there isn`t one just hole on top, also made few Duct gaurds to fit in cooler ducts & stop stone`s & other crap which dose damage cooler`s . need to get front bar sparyed & looking like it should, Just need to fit front bar & all undertray`s up & back on the ROAD AGIN , cheer`s Chuckie.

Ok , Back`s in & ride height is 380mm , Rear Shock`s are NISMO, so here`s rear height & pic of Shockie, Side on of car too , Cheer`s Chuckie, PS,SIDE ON PHOTO`S Would be BEST as we all see what car look`s like ,

Hi PAT , Well it`s a METAL gasket, So it may be fine , i did mine & it was ok , But next TIME I WILL REPLACE IT , there not a Cheap Gasket, Good Luck , Cheer`s Chuckie.

Tridentt , Not May left , the most important thing IS THE HEAT TREATMENT, keeping at A SET temp & then slowly reducing it over set Time,,so many do not UNDERSTAND welding & what the HEAT AFFECTED ZONE is ,it`s the HEAT TREATMEN that return`s all metal`s to former state or close to it, Now i will WELD MAY CRANK WHERE I HAVE BEEN TOLD TO & DO ALL MOD`S TO BULD A ENGINE THAT WILL LAST & get it HEAT TREATED AFTER , I see SOME MANY WELD ALI & then run 30 pis & wonder WHY IT SPILT`S around welded area , NORMALIZE SHOULD BE A MUST IF YOU WELD ON MOST METAL`S but people DON`T WANT TO PAY FOR IT ,& DON`T UNDERSTAND WHY IT`S A MUST IN MOST ENGINE COMPONTENT like a CRANK , shame we have lost the oldschool way`s & it`s just inthe bin & buy new Cheer`s Chuckie.

Lad`s You GET WHAT YOU PAY for ,KEMPI are a GREAT machine,having used one for many hour`s , Now WELDING helmet`s same ,Buy a good Helmet if your spending many hour`s welding then you can adjust len`s to YOUR EYE`S ,having been in Welding for few year`s & spend 10+ hour`s aday with your HEAD IN A CHEAP BUCKET you will now about it if you want a GOOD LEN`S look at OMNI GOLD great len`s & will help with EYE strain, good luck Cheer`s Chuckie.

G`day All , Well bit more done to the BUS , Front shock`s Ohline`s unit`s with RSR Spring`s Rear Nismo`s Shockies (with Stock spring`s ?), Will fit up swaybar ,need to fit new Fuel Pump,Cheer`s Chuckie

Hi Al look very different from STAGEA one`s we have CARBON filter on our`s aswell, have tryed Nissan & few other`s but not much come`s close ,Are stock filter`s are a HELL of a Price so we all beeen washing & drying them out lol, Great work Al thank`s for INFO & PHOTO`S may help lot`s out ,Cheer`s Chuckie.

G`day Hugh,Go get a CAN of URETANESEAL COAT,this is best way to fix ANY worries with COILPACK, I have done few set`s & work`s well,+ you can then SPARY them any colour you like, CHEAP QUICK FIX ,there is few Theard`s about coilpack`s so hope this will get you sorted, Cheer`s Chuckie.

Hi ok well 1st one you will need to mod car as it`s has pipe over RAD & you may need to CHOP FAN to fit PIPEWORK, 2nd one should be ok ,but again if you have STOCK BAR you may need to do few light mod`s,not MANY ARE BOLT ON JOB alway`s few bit`s to sort out , Cheer`s Chuckie.
