Its a T3 turbo made by Garrett. I dont understand what your going on about with the bearings, thrust and journal are two different bearings in your turbo. You can get a steel turbine wheel to replace the standard ceramic wheel which in turn allows you to run more boost as the ceramic wheels cant handle elevated boost pressures. As far as rebuilding a turbo goes its pretty easy to do yourself as long as there is no damage to the housings or wheels and you mark everything when taking it apart. If you had of googled this you would have known all the answers to your questions.

EDIT- first car was one of these. Bought it for 1g kept it for 6 months then sold it for 2g or 2.5g. It had been sitting in some old mans shed for years was in pristine condition and under 100ks. Was it a haggard, rust ridden, clutchless beast? I still find it hard to believe lol must have been a long time ago

My old man has one of these, never misses a beat. It had its 100k service recently, Ive driven it - has a fair bit of poke for a tank. The only thing I dont like about it is that it that you cant take it to the beach. V8 shopping trolley imo.

I'd say off the line the s14 would have the r33 but it would be pissing distance, untill the r33 catches up.

Spotted two S15's driving on the main road near option 1 garage, one white, the other canary yellow with QIK61 yellow and black plates at around 3pm. When coming back from pinkenba just after I saw the s15s there was a white 3000gt/gto near option one aswell. Saw him again on moggil rd in kenmore about an hour later.
