  1. Only thing i get cut with is they buy the car for "whole sale" price and sell at "above market" price. Every one knows car dealers are more expensive then private sellers.

Whose still going. If i get my car going this week i will be there for sure
  3. Ive got a 1.05 rear housing. To be honest its not that laggy at all. B-man if you get the right headwork and cams done your car should be over 500rwhp
  4. Car was found 3 days later with no damage or missing parts. Vehicle was stolen to be sold off. 5 people have been arrested and charged who were involved in the theft. Police report can be given if needed. Harun.

  6. Not sure if this info will help but i had a garret gt30 with a .7 front cover and .82 rear housing on a rb25. With 1.8bar i made 320rwkw. full boost was between 4-4500rpm. It was a very smooth power band. Power would start to drop off @ 7200rpm. It went to as low as 290rwkw @ 7600rpm with my old engine and set up.
  7. Well, today and yesterday i went looking for wheels my r33. What a mission. I have $1300 to spend on rims. I dont need tyres. Im looking for 18x9 or 18x8.5 preferably dished. Everywere i have gone they either offer me 3 peice wheels or KOYA wheels which dont make the rims i like in my prefered size. I never knew how hard it was to buy new wheels. Especially in Brisbane. and the prices here compared to syd are like double or close to it. What sites are there where i can get import wheels or whole sale wheel companies. Thanks Harun
  8. Steve, i think the reason why some people find the results abit fishy is because there have been a few cars with high hp power readings with no track time or not equivalent times with less then the usual mph. Every one has different views and im just writing what i seem to notice. ps: jezrrr great results from such little modifications.
  9. selling the rims only now. Tyres not included. $1000. 0410 553 070 is my number.
  10. Any one heard of carbon firbre plenum's? apparently work shop x in nz makes them for skylines.
  11. Im 20, i bought my skyline when i was 19. Turning 21 soon. I've spent over 20k on it since i bought it. No my parents did not buy my car for me, infact since owning the car they have donated 5k to me which i am repaying them back. I have been working since the age of 15 and i was fortunate enought to get a good job when i was 18. Now i just opened my own business and i am going back to uni this year. For those who says it easy to just get a loan and pay it off, well it aint. I work my ass off and yes i try to go out but its not so easy. Some of just like to put the extra work to get what we love and enjoy.
  12. well, i would be happy with 482 rwhp. Im not too far off lol only like 100+rwhp (im being sarcastic here). We'll see how much soon at our dyno day happening up here in QLD. If i get over 125mph i would be happy. With some more boost i should do it. In its current tune i think 124mph is max. We'll see once i head out again some time in the future if i dont sell it. After all this shit i went through i aint to happy.
  13. i did this just before my car was stolen and noticed a major decrease in under bonnet temps.
  14. well i slip the cutch between 4000-4500rpm - anything more equals wheelspin
  15. Buster: Congrats on the time. Awesome mph. Seems to me your pretty close to 500rwhp or over it. Would like to see your car drop to the 10s or any other "manual" rb25. So far quickest is 11.18 @ 128mph thats on full slicks though.
  16. Ok, let me clear a few things up here. In regards to Insurance costs, service and help with my claim from Famous Classic Car Insurance's, it was done professionaly and couldnt be better. Unfortunately in the contract there is a few loop wholes one of which my theft fell under. I did not in no form or way hand over the keys to a theif nor was there any damage done to the car during the theft. As Gizmo73 mentioned, there are a couple of examples which may/ can refuse your insurance company to pay you out. I can not state the exact way my car got stolen but if you can peice the puzzle then it will frighten many performance vehicle owners who leave there vehicles over night at the spray painter, pannel beater, mechanic, tyre shop, valet parking and etc. The guy who stole my car haS not been caught yet those his accomplasses have. They wont go to jail though they will be charged. will post more then i have time as i dont have regular use with the internet any more. Harun
  17. I gave my keys willingly, lawfully and knowling to a (i can not name who or exactly what due to private investigation going on) and it got stolen from there. For that reason they refused to pay me out.
  18. oh believe me i am!!!! thanks to all the help from the cops. with out them nothing would of been found.
  19. I GOT MY CAR BACK Picked it up not long ago police did 2 raids arrested 4 people searching for 4th. The car has not been touched in any form and only travelled a mere 30kms. Thank god for smart boost controllers as the idiots tried to boost but couldnt boost it more then .6 bar. Thank you to all who helped out. BTW the car was found at North St kingston, and a guy by the name of Narcis Pop was charged several times in regards to the theft of my car. Also in regards to Famous, they had refused to pay me out because i had willingly given my car keys to some one else. The car was not stolen from home. will answer any questions. thank you all
  20. My car had the mt8 though with msd ignition set up. Only problem had was idling because it didnt have a tps switch. other then that it was fault less
  21. Car was spotted heading towards Wynum exit on the Gate-Way. My police friends are trying to get the tapes for me. (by the way this is in SE-QLD - brisbane)
  22. The alarm name is Vulcran or something like that. The R33 and Nissan 200sx alarm is very easy to trip. Due to cicumstances i can not explain were or exactly how the car got stolen at the moment. Insurance is giving me headaches due to were the car was stolen from and for other reasons. I know i wont be going to Famous Classic Car Insurance nor to any other insurance company that is underwriting for an International insurance company as you can not seek legal help. Harun ps. once again thank you to those who are keeping and eye out and for your support.
  23. It did have an alarm. And it was in a totally secured area. I will explain more once i can. The plates were 492 IDL
