  1. Yes Carillo rods are arguably the best aftermarket rods made for hi-performance cars. What i am curious about is where you mentioned "These are low kilometre rods". Exactly what do you mean by this?? Harun.
  2. I can buy a brand new GREDY plenum with 100mm throttle body for 1300 brand and for 600 i can HKS cams and cam gears brand new. Im more then likely going to purchase the cam set though is the plenum @ a good value?? Thanks H.
  3. GTR STI: when u say low km rods, are they the ones that need to be changed every 15-20k because they stretch??
  4. If im correct rob77 you ran a low 13 @ 114mph or so right??
  5. Yep we do. Radial and non-radial tyres dont work together. They cross in direction and you have no steering capabilities. You can fit front runners (non-radial tyres) to your space saver rim and fit them up front. How ever there is a place up here in QLD that makes the rims for Skylines. I will get the name once my mechanic re-opens. Same black stockies used on NO-JOB @ Jamboree this year. Harun.
  6. Congrats on the figure. I was making similar power with my gt30 @ similar boost levels.
  7. 26x9's fit under r33 guards. Not sure on what 15inch rims yet. Will post again once i get more info. H.
  8. for a good reliable 300rwkw engine put aside atleast 16g, thats how much i have spent so far. If not more. for 10-12g be happy with 250-270rwkw on standard internals.
  9. .7 front, .82 rear. That power was made with a upgraded fuel system (pump and injectors ) and modded plenum and microtech. Not saying i dont believe the power gtst-vspec made but i would like to see it do some times at the track.
  10. If your curious to know, my previous turbo was a gt30 (the previous owner told me it was a gt35/40). It had a .82 rear housing (it was a 500hp turbo). on 26psi it made 320+rwkw. It had full boost @ 4000rpm (320rwkw). It started spooling up @ approx 3000rpm. It held 300rwkw to 6500k then dropped off to 290rwkw @ 7300rpm. My t88 makes full boost abit later but makes the same power using much lesser boost + timing and holds it all the way to 7400rpm. H.
  11. 18x8 front (235/45/18 tyres) 18x10 rear (265/30/18 tyres) Near new tyres, only done approx 4 000kms. Looking for offers 2k or over.
  12. Last time i raced a gtr which had 260kw @ all 4 im pretty sure i left it for a few car lengths?? The advantages the gtr has is the extra 100cc ,4wd and etc, but then would you want the extra weight?? (not putting the gtr down its an awesome road car) each to there own. do what you like, not what others prefer. H.
  13. Well in KW terms my car is only making 250rwkw but its gone down the 1/4 @ 12.601 - 120mph. Go figure. H.
  14. SLY33, there is white r33 in qld with its plates as your nick and a massive front mount. My bad i confused it with your car. I didnt know u were in SA. A note on this z32 air flow metre, we tried 3 different z32 air flow metres on this r33 skyline and it did not make any power difference at all. Supposedly z32 and r33 air flow metres are the same.
  15. Seeing asthough we have a thread for 1/4mile times, i thought i might start a thread to state how much hp/ kw you have. Not sure if this is the right section to start it in. In my R33 i made 350rwhp with its current set up using P.I.T.S. dyno. (New engine and turbo set up)
  16. Sly33: Saw your car last night @ park. Very nice car.
  17. were boosting till 12psi no pinging @ 14psi pings and goes really slow
  18. 3000kms with wiseco forgies. No piston slap. No cold start noises. Smooth and still kicking hard.
  19. If you got fuel, power and its cranking over check for spark. Pull the lead out and see if its sparking?? Also check the timing on the car.
  20. Buster: was just curious at what tyres you were using and what 60ft's you were obtaining. The new track at willowbank is so much better for the first 330ft but like you, when i select 4th i still spin the wheels for that second or so. In regards to slicks, i know a little bit. Enough knowledge to keep me going. Im not sure who ran the time in OBHAVE but recently in full st trim it ran a 10.9 in Melb. The creatd motorsport skyline was also run recently in melb. From what the info i have found its the fastest manual rb25 skyline in aus with the 11.16 @ 126mph. Info can be found at www.fullboost.com.au. I'll let you know soon what slicks we can fit as i am trying to find this info out my self too.
  21. Also with 355rwkw a 10sec pass should on the agenda though race trim. Otherwise a really low should be seen.
  22. OBHAVE from melb has run a 9.8 using a rb25. From what i know he did a 10.3 with 430-50rwhp thats auto. Manual is the creatd motorsports black one from melb which was a 11.16 @ 126mph. Both cars i believe had gutted interior and full slicks on 15inch rims and front runners. Also 16inch au rims do not fit. They hit the brake clappers though yes they are the same stud pattern. I tried this. Buster, was your time on nitto's? or standard st tyres and what mph did you get.
  23. R34GTT-R: if i fix it i can sell it for $1400. dorifta: hopefully just in the new year i shal be taking photos
  24. what mph steve and 60ft time?
