  1. They are SIMMONS FR19x9.5 with 80% 265/30/19 tyres which are not traditionally an import style wheel which is why i would like to advertise elsewhere as well.
  2. Do they share with any main stream aussie model eg. ford? It would be good if they woould appeal to a broader market.
  3. Hey Guys I am thinking of selling the rims from my 33 gtr, what do they share the same stud pattern with?
  4. Its a stress free place to work, there is no unrealistic pressures placed upon you infact it's actually a rediculously cruisy place to work.
  5. How do you feel about ASC(sub corp)? They are currently taking people on, though they get everyone through agenies. The main ones are Broadspectrum and Rexco but list with all of them anyway. As a qualified fitter you should not have any trouble. The money will be better as well as 25/hr+penalties is the norm and goes up from their, broadspectrum offers permanancy within 6 weeks.
  6. How? They are in a totally differnt class all together.
  7. 369 awkw in my 33 GTR, it's being picked up by the new owner tomorrow to make room for a 34 GTR.
  8. I have owned 2 r34gtt's 1 manual and 1 auto, i now own an r33gtr and its a cut above in every area. The build quality and performance of the r33gtr shits all over the 34gtt everywhere even being the older model.
  9. I have to agree if your goals are no more than 330-350awkw, mid 11's in the 120mph bracket, mine were only done as the engine was out for a rebuild and there were further aspirations to surpass the 368awkw that i already have and eventually try for 10's. Cam gears, manifolds and dump can however influence how the power is deliverd, i like mine strong through the mid range through to redline rather than just hitting a desired peak power figure hence aiming for a setup that hits 22psi by 4000rpm.
  10. Yep bottom end done, gearboxes are an issue at this level. My car has been through 3 so i have just replaced it with an os giken gearset and billit centre plate. At this power level if you have an unopened engine and unsure of condition your engine it could last 100,000kms or 1,000kms depending on how well it has been taken care of and what sort of abuse it has suffered. 330rwk is more than enough to hurt a worn engine and you will know about it very quickly if it happens. A well maintained bottom end on the other hand should handle 20psi and 330+ but it really is a matter of tune and time. Everything has a lifespan in an engine and power level is not always the determining factor though it can speed up deterioration.
  11. Here is a fine example http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Fs...33-t156052.html
  12. Check this out for Garrett turbo model numbers, people seem to be getting mixed up between a few 2560 and 2860 models http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbobygarre...bochargers.html I am running the 2560-9's at 22psi for 368awkw, 355 at 20psi. Stock rebuilt head with 260 poncams. Power fc 260 poncamsand adjustable cam wheels 720cc Sards HKS exhaust manifolds HKS dumps HKS filters HKS front mount Fuel pressure reg 2x044's one in tank to swirl pot, one external from swirl pot Oh yeh, it ran 11.1 on crap 19 inch tyres spinning 1st and trapped 130mph in full street trim Thats it for induction, turbos, exhaust.
  13. Sorry Martin, I am out, just sold my car. Hoping to have my 34gtr in time but cant be certain.
  14. Buy one already done, yes it's fun to do your own but its a waste money that can be spent on better things. There is an abundance of full built 300-400rwkw gtst's on the market at the moment and plenty around 20k and cheaper and some really nice cars in excellent condition. Change it aesthetically ie wheels bodykit etc and its personalised and a damn site cheaper without all the headaches. That way you drive it and enjoy rather than wait, fix change etc.
  15. 707160-5 is actually a 2860 where as 707160-9 is a 2560 which are the same as i am running. How much boost are you running? Will post up my rwkw figures at 22psi on tuesday.
  16. I have Gt2560r-9's, they are awesome building good boost from about 3000rpm, full boost/22psi by 4000rpm. It makes 308awkw at 5000rpm and peaks with 368awkw from 6500rpm and holds strong to redline. I will be putting it on the dyno on tuesday once the new gearbox is in to check it's tune before summer so i will post a dyno sheet.
  17. Yep buy sniper911's car, $21,000 for a manual 34 GTT with some tasteful mods is a bargain. Sold my stocky for $24,500 early this year.
  18. Give Graham West a call on 08 8277 5688. Dedicated gas is great and is much easier to tune than a dual fuel setup, turbo lpg applications are becoming common these days and there are some very quick turbo lpg car getting around.
  19. Hey mate its from an R34 GTT and still has a clean air filter in it as well. Let me know if you are intersted and i will take a pic.
  20. I have one but i am in SA, $120 including postage.
  21. Called yesterday about getting my new gearbox installed, have to join a month long queue.
